Very nice size room. And ood facilities near by.

The rooms were spacious and practical, like all hotels it could do with more accessible power outlets near the bed, bathroom was clean, great shower. I’d suggest a door mat per room as I felt bad walking in with dirty shoes after the rain even after doing my best to clean them before entering. Staff were super friendly. Buffet breakfast was standard, nothing special, nothing wrong.

The hotel was great, rooms very large and very clean with plenty of free parking next to your room. Buffet breakfast was good but busy so sometimes a wait for the trays to be replenished. Pool was a fair size with a free sauna with showers on the side. Very large Irish bar just 5 minutes away that has music and great food.

Beautiful hotel with great amenities and a FANTASTIC buffet breakfast. Rooms were a little dated and let the whole experience down a little but would still come back if we're in the area again.

Hotel should keep bottles of water in the room even if they charge you.

Comfortable and easy to get to eveywherr

Nice common areas! Rooms need a bit of updating. Clean and tidy. Breakfast without fresh green and fruit, only melons. Restaurant good for gluten-free options. Silent area expected pool with noisy children as usual.

Rooms are very outdated (well ours was) the grounds in general pretty untidy / lots of cobwebs around and just a general untidy feel. We were a nice easy walk to the gardens though which is what we wanted. Restaurant quite expensive for the pretty basic accommodation.

Nice property

Great location within walking distance to the village and gardens. Friendly staff. Big, clean room and a little patio. Paid for extras silk rose petals, bottle of wine and cheese platter on arrival just beautiful. Ordered a picnic lunch, came with a picnic blanket as well, so filling! Comfortable bed and parking right out the front of the ground floor room, a bonus. Dined at the restaurant beautiful meal, I had the duck, husband the barramundi, only had the main meal and a drink and we were full. Buffet breakfast has a great selection. Will definitely be staying here again.

Staff are friendly. The room was excellent, clean & tidy. Bathroom was clean. Next to the gardens. Breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable, well-located hotel in Pokolbin, ideal for exploring wineries and the Gardens. Offers pool, spa, tennis court, and on-site dining. Rooms are pretty clean though we had a slight damp smell. The staff are friendly. Great value for a convenient Hunter Valley stay.
