욕실이 좁고 낡은 부분이 많았습니다~ 엘레베이터가 하나만 됐고 카드키도 인식이 잘안되어서 조금 힘들었어요~

대체적으로 좋았습니다. 특히 퍼스시내라서 좋았습니다

전반적으로는 만족하였으나, 호텔 상태가 구식이라 리모델링이 필요한것으로 보임

Very good accomodation!

위치가 중심가라 걸어서 중심지역을 둘러볼수 있어서 좋습니다. 객실은 깔끔한편이고, 조식은 추가금액 지불하고 먹었는데 매일 매뉴가 같아서 1~2번정도 먹기에는 좋습니다.

My room did not seem cleaned each day, the bathroom was still dirty. However the beds were made.

Everything was lovely, staff, accomodation, amenities and location

The whole experience was disgusting. After finding a leaking hot water tap and slipping in my room the staff took no accountability Disgusting

Stay was ok. Paint chips on doors and walls look a little average, worn out and the tap handles in the shower kelt falling off. Makes one hell of a racket when they fall off. Air conditioning was also noisy. But other than that nil issues.

早餐選擇都比較多, 味道亦適合

Laaja ja herkullinen aamiainen, tilavat huoneet, kph jo aikansa elänyt mutta toimi, ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta, hyvin löyty parkki lähikaduilta, uima-allas hankalan matkan päässä katolla (rappusia eikä hissiä) ja ei ollut kuvissa näkyvää ”vihreää” aluetta oleiluun, uima-allas aurinkoinen vain muutaman tunnin aamusta. Päädyttiin varaamaan uudestaan

部屋はキングサイズ2つの部屋にしました。 家族の旅行用で1週間使用しました。 部屋の広さは問題ありませんが、アメニティが全然ないこと、朝食の種類が少なく毎日同じという点が残念でした。 仕事の出張で使うには値段的にも良いかもしれませんが、ホテル住まいを楽しむためにはあまりお勧めはしません。

Disappointing the restaurant wasn't open for dinner at night as other dining options nearby were limited. Location was good for CBD area & Elizabeth Quay.

Family of 4. The hotel has clearly been neglected. The room which was partially cleaned had someone’s underwear in a drawer and food crumbs in the corner. When reported the response was that they’d come and get the underwear. We had to prompt them to disinfect the area. Loose handrail in the bath. Cupboard panel missing in the wardrobe exposing the dirty air con vent area. Tv isn’t a smart tv. Alarm clock only allows the old old iPhone charge and no other charge options like most hotels of this status. The place needs a review and upgrading, or, lower prices to reflect the quality of stay.

Comfy bed. Clean enough. Amenities are good. Staff was helpful. Can I suggest informing customer of validating parking tickets before being stuck with a $26 car park fee at Wilson car park. I was not aware of that. I thought it was $8. Felt claustrophobic without being able to open the window. Dark and gloomy when we walked in, i would suggest having the curtains open.
