1. location : very close to Murray ST, Hay ST. about 10 min to Elizabeth Quay. Good. 2. food : very simple. under 15 foods. 3. cleanliness : great. 4. comfort : great. 5. price : very reasonable.

리셉션의 직원들이 항상 밝게 인사해 주는 모습이 굉장히 기분이 좋았습니다. 무료 드링크 쿠폰도 주시고 리셉션에 팝콘도 비치 되어 있습니다.4박 머물렀는데 3박째 어떤 이유에서인지는 모르겠지만 객실에 청소가 안되어 있었습니다만 전반적으로 만족했기에 새로 수건만 받았습니다. 위치도 좋고 금액도 좋으나 객실 간에 방음이 잘 되지는 않는다는 점이 아쉬웠습니다.

Room was always clean by the time I returned from my day out.

A bit rough round the edges. USB power points didnt work. Some dirty marks in bathroom needed cleaning. Toilet in reception out of action for 24 hrs due to poo 💩 all over the floor - is it residents only toilet? Bar staff and reception staff very friendly. Food and beer good. Good location near coffee bars and mini markers.

The staff were great despite it being a very busy time for them with Ashes Test Match going on. Check-in was very smooth and the room was perfect for my needs.

The hotel is old but comfortable. Walking distance to everything. The house keeping could be better. We were left with no toilet paper or soap on two days. The staff were very friendly and helpful though. Overall a good stay.

Bathroom for room 815 was not cleaned well before check in. There was some scum and dirt in the walls, and soap resudual stains as well.

Very overpriced for facilities offered. I received a parking fine because parking at hotel was full. Room was clean.

Glasses and cups in room were not washed properly. Some staff seemed to care very little. Carpet dusty. Bathroom worn and dated.

Room was clean and tidy and comfortable. The meals were not up to expectation, had lunch and dinner there. Service was quite poor for drinks, coffees and meals. Had to wait for long times to get served. We didn’t bother having breakfast there and went elsewhere.

The room was over priced by $110/night The sofa foot was fixed , but the block off wood stuck out 75mm to 100mm just enough to stub your toes on.the bathroom was well dated. No vanity / cupboard storage. The light fitting over where your suitcase is stored was completely smash so you couldn't see inside the suitcase.

Tanks for a most pleasant night. The overnight stay was great, we thoroughly enjoyed it .

The facilities are getting old and tired but the restaurant was good and the staff were lovely

The rooms are extremely run down and very basic. Everything is clearly on the cheap and nasty side. Stained couches, bath tubs flaking paint, dirty stained refrigerator. The toilet paper supplied was worse than the Perth public toilets. The food buffet was good.

Plenty of good options available and a comfy bed, what more could you ask for. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is really tired and is situated in the 'ghetto' end of Perth. I had to change room because there was only a trickle of water from the shower (and no temp control). And when I tried to report it, the phone was faulty. Bathrooms and fittings are original (1985). For the price they charge, its an awful option. Never again
