Palazzo Colonnades

중심가에선 살짝 떨어져있지만 트램역 바로 앞이라 짐이동이 편해요 두번은 걸어왔는데 걸을만해요. 숙소는 좀 노후화된듯 하지만 이용하는데 큰 불편은 없었어요. 일찍 예약하기도 했지만 다른곳에 비해 저렴하게 지내서 가성비로는 괜찮은듯요.

인포에서 안내해주시는 엄마같은 친절한 직원분 덕에 너무너무 잘 지내다 왔어요! 우선 트램역에서 내리자마자 바로앞에 있어서 어디든 다니기 유용했고, 중심가인 서퍼스 파라다이스도 걸어서 10분 내로 도착합니다! 객실도 넓고 좋아요ㅎㅎ

Good location with reasonable price.

익스피디아를 통해 저렴한 가격으로 예약을 하였다. 가격에 적합한 정도의 시설을 갖추고 있었다.

다만 단점이라면 9시부터17시까지만 리셉션에 사람이 있어서 외국어가 서툰 사람에겐 이른 체크아웃이나 늦은 체크인시 좀 당황할수 있겠네요 하지만 현관에 직통전화로 해결 가능함 지금은 호텔앞이 트렘공사로 정류장을 돌아야하는 불편함이 있지만 트렘 공사완료후에는 더욱 지리적 요건이 좋아지겠네요

Lovely location and friendly staff

Lovely balcony view. Lovely bedroom and tidy kitchen. Clean apartment.

Bed on wheels on polished wooden floor - went to sit on bed and it slid out from under me and I hurt my back landing on floor; lounge absolutely putrid; open can of drink left in fridge and no "welcome pack" left as described in welcome letter; bathroom tap broken ... reported to Reception on check out but they didn't seem to care.

We stayed there for a week and it was great. It was myself and my two teenage daughters. Spacious, great amenities, easy walk to cavill avenue 10 mins, 5 mins to beach. Great pool and wifi always worked. Will stay again!!

Once the property is fully updated it will be awesome!

A bit old and worn looking the standard was a bit below what I would usually like. Bathroom was old and moldy looking. There was a hole cut out of the wall where the pillow was and a cockroach crawled into my daughter’s hair. The location was okay with a tram stop out front so that was good but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The stay and the location was amazing. The only downside would be the excessive chlorine in the spa.

Spacious rooms with great amenities and kitchen ware. Good size easily accessible car park. Very central location convenient to restaurants, beach and tram stop. Lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze.

Great location next to a tram stop. Room does need more attention prior to guests arriving as it could have been cleaner, should also have an additional blanket in the robe it got quiet cold at night

Room was a little old and carpets was a little dirty. What bothered me the most was the dishwasher. There were dirty dishes left inside and it smelt. Amenities were also limited for the duration I stayed, so for others to take note, bring your own or be prepared to get dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, laundry liquid from the shops. Also, the main door doesn’t have a lock from the inside. You unlock from the outside and that’s it. Other than these things, overall great stay. Reception was nice and friendly, and tram stop is just outside. Not too far to walk to the shops/ Cavill avenue.
