The apartment had everything I needed. Self contained, everything worked. Clean kitchen and bathroom, good communication at friendly reception, lovely view, great location.
OK, it's getting a bit dated but so am I. Haha. If you want a couple of suggestions for improvement.... the main TV's getting old, with no YouTube. The toilet is like kids size, could be higher.

Room was clean but I have to say - kitchen and living room need an update. Otherwise, absolutely happy with our stay. Location is convenient. Nice pool! Would stay here again.

We firstly were disappointed with our Accommodation, wasn't cleaned, Room dated, Furniture wasn't the best. Would not rate it an 8.5 like it said. We spoke to Lady in charge and she was so apologetic and had our room re-cleaned and delivered us a rug as no heating.
Location was perfect, Tram station out the front, Northcliffe Surf club a block away and 10 minute walk to Cavill Av.
Would think of staying again as price was good and great Location, but would remind them of some Cleanliness.

The bed was rock hard. I ended up trying to sleep on the couch. The couch fabric was peeling off. The dishes in the kitchen were greasy and not clean. The shower needed a good scrub. The room really needs a refurbishment. There was a strange smell also. The bedroom has only one bedside lamp. The bedroom was so small we had to put the suitcases in the lounge.
On the plus side, the water pressure was excellent and the pool and spa area were lovely. Unlikely we would return

Bed on wheels on polished wooden floor - went to sit on bed and it slid out from under me and I hurt my back landing on floor; lounge absolutely putrid; open can of drink left in fridge and no "welcome pack" left as described in welcome letter; bathroom tap broken ... reported to Reception on check out but they didn't seem to care.

We stayed there for a week and it was great. It was myself and my two teenage daughters. Spacious, great amenities, easy walk to cavill avenue 10 mins, 5 mins to beach. Great pool and wifi always worked. Will stay again!!

A bit old and worn looking the standard was a bit below what I would usually like. Bathroom was old and moldy looking. There was a hole cut out of the wall where the pillow was and a cockroach crawled into my daughter’s hair. The location was okay with a tram stop out front so that was good but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Spacious rooms with great amenities and kitchen ware. Good size easily accessible car park. Very central location convenient to restaurants, beach and tram stop. Lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze.

Room does need more attention prior to guests arriving as it could have been cleaner, should also have an additional blanket in the robe it got quiet cold at night

Room was a little old and carpets was a little dirty. What bothered me the most was the dishwasher. There were dirty dishes left inside and it smelt. Amenities were also limited for the duration I stayed, so for others to take note, bring your own or be prepared to get dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, laundry liquid from the shops.
Also, the main door doesn’t have a lock from the inside. You unlock from the outside and that’s it.
Other than these things, overall great stay. Reception was nice and friendly, and tram stop is just outside. Not too far to walk to the shops/ Cavill avenue.
