We stayed there for a week and it was great. It was myself and my two teenage daughters. Spacious, great amenities, easy walk to cavill avenue 10 mins, 5 mins to beach. Great pool and wifi always worked. Will stay again!!

Once the property is fully updated it will be awesome!

A bit old and worn looking the standard was a bit below what I would usually like. Bathroom was old and moldy looking. There was a hole cut out of the wall where the pillow was and a cockroach crawled into my daughter’s hair. The location was okay with a tram stop out front so that was good but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

The stay and the location was amazing. The only downside would be the excessive chlorine in the spa.

Spacious rooms with great amenities and kitchen ware. Good size easily accessible car park. Very central location convenient to restaurants, beach and tram stop. Lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, and checking in and out was a breeze.

Great location next to a tram stop. Room does need more attention prior to guests arriving as it could have been cleaner, should also have an additional blanket in the robe it got quiet cold at night

Room was a little old and carpets was a little dirty. What bothered me the most was the dishwasher. There were dirty dishes left inside and it smelt. Amenities were also limited for the duration I stayed, so for others to take note, bring your own or be prepared to get dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower gel, laundry liquid from the shops. Also, the main door doesn’t have a lock from the inside. You unlock from the outside and that’s it. Other than these things, overall great stay. Reception was nice and friendly, and tram stop is just outside. Not too far to walk to the shops/ Cavill avenue.

Great location, close to beach, entertainment, public transport and shopping. The property is well presented clean and has secured parking.

Spacious room, great views of river and sunset. Furniture was old and tatty.

We enjoyed a 5 night stay here. Great location, comfortable and convenient with the Tram stop straight out the front. Beach, Restaurants & Shops are walkable or can take a quick Tram ride. We travelled light, so was great to have a washing machine & dryer in apartment. The TV in Superior Appt was a decent size with some Foxtel channels. A very lovely, well maintained Pool, Spa & BBQ area. Easy after hours check in. Staff at Reception were friendly and efficient. This was our 3rd time staying at Palazzo and would happily stay again. Love it!

Great property for the money. It’s a little dated but the room was clean enough and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Stayed 3 nights. Very good reception and customer service by the team. The apartment I was in felt weathered. But definitely decent. Thanks to the front desk team for making the stay a good one.

If you like a bang for your buck then this is the spot. You get a big, clean and moderen apartment for a great price. Onsite there is also a great pool and spa as well as a sauna and gym - Again great value! On top of that the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and mindful of their customers. We arrived early as I had a migraine hoping to check in early and without a doubt the women in the reception offered to switch our room to a clean on so we could check in right away. This meant the world to me at the moment and throughout the whole stay the kept asking how I was doing. So all in all a great hotel would definitely recommend.

The property is very dated and needs a good refresh. It's in a very convenient location and the reception staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. At times especially in the pool it was difficult to relax due to the other guests not looking after their children. As a teacher this is difficult to turn the work buttons off. Even when the rules were explicitly pointed out and the area had signage displayed it took the swift staffs objections to parents to ensure they were watching their children closely. The hotel was close to easy transport to access shopping and airport shuttles. The hotel was very close to the shopping precinct and beach.

The bed was newer and comfortable. The kitchen frying pan needs replacement. The pool was nice.
