I expected to have a room wth bath tub but not. otherwise good.

Aircon could not handle 40 degree heat

The room I booked was for three adults, but upon entering, I found only a King size bed prepared, with an extra bed added later. I had to notify the front desk immediately to request a rollerway bed, which ended up causing me to wait about 20 minutes in total. Regarding parking, the staff member was unclear. Front desk staff only told me where to park, but it turned out there was a designated reserved parking area and a general parking area. My husband had no choice but to drive out and return to the hotel to ask the staff again.

Fantastic staff, room and stay

There are many positives: a very spacious room, great location, friendly staff and an excellent restaurant. No negatives. The stand-out was the restaurant. The food was quite exceptional (far better than we expected). At breakfast there was lots to choose from, but you could also ask for eggs any which way you like them. Dinner was also delicious. The wait staff were engaging and we enjoyed ourselves.

Everything was perfect! Staff is friendly, food is great and rooms are beautiful.

Lovely stay

Lovely staff but just a few hiccups with our reservation, which I didn't expect from a fancy establishment!

Room spacious, comfortable beds, clean, staff friendly and breakfast amazing

No slippers or robes on arrival so ordered robes via room service app. The robes delivered to the room were dirty and had black grease marks on them. Told reception downstairs and they were helpful and immediately replaced the robes. Tried ordering cocktails a couple of time using QR room service app but had errors and unable to order so didn't.

Overall the staff was very comfortable. However, it did miss some of the little perks we had come accustom to from such a hotel (eg no free coffee)

Great location, easy to walk to Central Market, Adelaide Oval and lots of restaurant and bar options. The hotel was very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.

Very roomy clean accommodation including the bathroom. Excellent location and friendly staff.

The breakfast wasn’t free . We are also waiting for our £100 bond to be returned . We were told that breakfast and mini bar costs would be taken from the bond but , in fact , we have had a further payment of £38 taken .
