방+거실+주방 구조의 넓은 구조에 고급스럽고 깔끔한 인테리어, 빠른 와이파이까지 모두 마음에 들었습니다. 수영장도 물이 따뜻해서 좋았고, 직원분들도 친절하셨고요. 다만 발코니에 건물 공사 때문에 육중한 기계 장비가 설치되어 있었는데, 그 때문에 커튼도 맘대로 못 걷고 생활해야 하는점이 매우 불편했습니다. 전망이 좋아서 비싼 비용을 지불하기도 했는데요. 이런 큰 불편사항이 있음에도 사전에 공지를 하지 않고 비용 할인조차 해주지 않는 것은 불만족스럽습니다.

객실은 넓고 깨끗 했으며 주방도 있어서 가족들과 편히 음식을 만들어 먹을수도 있었고 전망은 놀라울정도로 환상적이었습니다~ 다만 조식은 조금 아쉬쉈어요~ 위치는 플린더스역 근처라 관광 다니는데 불편함이 없었습니다

위치가 야라강 바로 앞이라 너무 좋고 객실이 너무 넓어 정말좋았습니다. 하지만 입구찾기가 다소 어려웠습니다.

시내에 위치해 있고 도보로 강가와 카지노 및 시내 접근이 매우 좋음. 테니스 럭비 등 스포츠 관람에도 좋음.

Stayed here two nights, and late on the 2nd night saw a mouse run into my kitchen. Could hear mice scurrying and squeaking through the night, and told the hotel staff the next day. They said they would investigate and contact me, as I felt I shouldn't be paying for the 2nd night. One week later and haven't heard a single thing from this hotel. No explanation, no apology, and of course no refund or anything of that nature. My suggestion is to avoid.

Checked into a one-bedroom superior suite, which felt like a gloomy apartment with a view of a footpath. We seriously considered leaving, but opted for an upgrade to a city-view room, which I highly recommend. Self-parking in the grubby basement is available. We spent quite some time trying to get into that, as our keycards had not been activated even though we discussed our car and parking at check-in, and there’s no signage to guide you. If you love a quality 5-star buffet breakfast, this isn't the hotel for you. Breakfast is basic; easily the most minimal I’ve encountered at a 5-star hotel. You may(?) also be sharing the pool and gym with residents who live in the building. One saving grace is that some of the staff were lovely, which helped offset the poor first impression at check-in from an unsmiling staff member. In summary, there are far nicer hotels in the Melbourne CBD, and along Southgate, for less.

Best apartment in Melbourne. Great location, great team, great rooms, great pool, great restaurant/breakfast and on and on! Loved our stay here - will stay again and will recommend to everyone we know. This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint.
