Fantastic location, friendly staff & spacious apartments. Just looking tired and needing a refurb.

Stayed here two nights, and late on the 2nd night saw a mouse run into my kitchen. Could hear mice scurrying and squeaking through the night, and told the hotel staff the next day. They said they would investigate and contact me, as I felt I shouldn't be paying for the 2nd night. One week later and haven't heard a single thing from this hotel. No explanation, no apology, and of course no refund or anything of that nature. My suggestion is to avoid.

Checked into a one-bedroom superior suite, which felt like a gloomy apartment with a view of a footpath. We seriously considered leaving, but opted for an upgrade to a city-view room, which I highly recommend. Self-parking in the grubby basement is available. We spent quite some time trying to get into that, as our keycards had not been activated even though we discussed our car and parking at check-in, and there’s no signage to guide you. If you love a quality 5-star buffet breakfast, this isn't the hotel for you. Breakfast is basic; easily the most minimal I’ve encountered at a 5-star hotel. You may(?) also be sharing the pool and gym with residents who live in the building. One saving grace is that some of the staff were lovely, which helped offset the poor first impression at check-in from an unsmiling staff member. In summary, there are far nicer hotels in the Melbourne CBD, and along Southgate, for less.

Best apartment in Melbourne. Great location, great team, great rooms, great pool, great restaurant/breakfast and on and on! Loved our stay here - will stay again and will recommend to everyone we know. This was our second stay here and it did not disappoint.

Excellent central location to explore the city and surrounds. The apartment suite was great for a family with a kitchen, separate living and dining spaces, and amazing views.

We will be back again. Level 13 with 2 city views either side of our large room. Dishwasher kitchen and washing machine and dryer. Perfect.

We were very happy with our two night stay. The staff were wonderful, from the front desk to the breakfast room, and breakfast itself was excellent (including espresso coffee) - one of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had! Furthermore, travelling with a six year old, a pool is a must, and the indoor pool here is divine. Approx 12m and a separate hot spa bath. We didn’t use the gym but the set up looks good. Thank you to housekeeping for refreshing our room, it was so lovely to come back to a clean and tidy space at the end of a long day sightseeing.

Well presented hotel, friendly staff. Had no problems and would recommend and definitely would come back
