There are major renovations happening so access is difficult and the pool is closed. Check in staff could be more helpful. Room is spacious and comfortable so if you just need a place to stay in the area it is ok

Hôtel très propre ,personnel accueillant. Très agréable de jouer sur le piano de l hôtel et sur lequel Michael Jackson a joué. Devrait afficher plus grand que Michaël Jackson a joué sur ce piano ! Rare les personnes qui en prennent connaissance…Dommage que des jeunes enfants ne sachant pas jouer ,jouent sans surveillance d’un adulte.Nous avons apprécié jouer sur ce magnifique piano . Aussi les bouteilles d’eau près du poste d’accueil pas souvent fraîche , eau tiède ! De petites choses qui font la différence à cette chaleur ! Très beau séjour accompagné de ma famille Merci

Had a great 2 night stay at Rendezvous. The kids loved the use of the Scarborough Pools and being around the beach. Thursday night food vans and entertainment create a great vibe where you can forget that you're in Perth if you're from here, or love that you visited if you're not. Although the hotel is a little dated these days, they are in the process of renovating and the rooms are still clean and nice enough. The location provides a great opportunity to try a variety of different restaurants and it's much better than staying at Crown and being restricted to their overpriced restaurants and staring at the Perth skyline. Staff were great and even had gift packs for the kids when we checked in. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a staycation in Perth and wanting to pretend that they are on a tropical island for a couple days

From the moment I stepped into the room, I knew this stay was something special. The space was generous, spotlessly clean, and framed by a truly breathtaking view. Each night I fell asleep to moonlight shimmering across the ocean — one of those moments that stays with you long after you leave. The service elevated the experience even further. Housekeeping was led by the kindest, warmest soul, someone who genuinely deserves a Staff Member of the Month award. The reception team struck that perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness — polished, welcoming, and never pretentious. While the motel is currently undergoing renovations at the front of the building and pool area, it didn’t detract from the stay at all. Guests were thoughtfully accommodated with access to a pool just across the road, which made the transition seamless. The location, right on Scarborough Beach, is unbeatable — ocean air, stunning views, and that effortless coastal vibe. I can only hope I’ll be able to return one day. This was, without question, one of the best stay-away experiences I’ve ever had

House keeping was terrible, forgot to make the room up one day and only did half a room one day Check in was not friendly

Room very clean and staff friendly. Location is amazing. The renovations to the lobby area appear to have stalled and it’s frustrating using the back entrance and there is no pool. That said it’s still a nice stay

We were very disappointed in our stay. On check in the staff member Stella was rude and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. It was disappointing to find that not only the pool was under maintenance but so was the parking which cost us so much extra. The elevators were broken down most days & the bedding was no more than 2 star, the mattress you could feel the springs in it. Stains on the carpet. Room service forgot to leave towels, there is no where to hang wet clothes from the beach. No outdoor seating on the balcony to enjoy the view. We paid extra for the corner room which was disappointing as it overlooked the pool which is under maintenance. Overall a lot of money paid for a 3 star stay. Would not recommend this hotel for the price.

Staff were kind and helpful. Finding the hotel enteance to actually check in was a nightmare,especially when we had no idea where we could park and parking was near impossible to find beyond the hotel parking. If there were upto date instructions on parking and checking in, i couldnt find them. The hotel is dated but we knew that before we went as it was clear the hotel is being renovated. Notification of noise interruptions was appreciated. Location once settled was really great, access to dining options was plentiful. Having the ability to use the Scarborough beach pool was appreciated since the hotel pool was unavailable.

It wasn't the staff or the room. It was the renovations to the pool which we weren't advised of before purchasing the stay. I expect Expedia to compensate me for this since there were days that we could not swim because the the sea was rough and the public pool was full. Please could you please contact me to arrange some though of compensation.

Great location with great views of the ocean. Incredibly easy access to public transportation. Also, lots of food options close by. The only issue was the poor designed shower. It flooded the bathroom every time it was used.

Plug sockets in room broken, iron broken and ruined my husbands top and when the staff came to change iron they were very rude and dismissive. The room only got cleaned one day and the cleaner only made one bed and emptied a bin, we couldnt work out anything else she had done.
