The staff at check in were lovely and the instructions to get into the car park and the apartment were clear and easy to follow. When we got into our room and had a look around, the first thing that really stood out was that there was a general griminess to the place and the bathroom really cemented that with the obvious mould all around the shower. There were only two towels supplied despite the three guest booking and when it came to bed time, we were left sleeping with no bedding in the master bedroom as no bedding was provided for the third guest sleeping on the fold out sofa. The apartment is in a great location, very convenient and easy to access various parts of the city, the stay was just a bit disappointing

Check in was simple via a cafe down the road. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room was very worn, it has seen some traffic. Carpets are stained and vacuum cleaner doesn't make it into the corners. Patio furniture included two damaged chairs, which is not ideal. Right across from Spencer Street Station. At the price point, I wouldn't stay again but it suited our needs.

Staff were very friendly but very confusing place to find. A lot of the lifts in building were out of order, the room itself was not very clean (dirty floor and marks all over the windows and tv) and the queen bed slats are broken and being held up by a green crate under the bed so it falls in in the middle. The pool area was great and it’s very close to everything. For the price we paid it was sufficient enough for us, quite spacious. But it needs a proper clean, bed to be fixed and some proper quality products for the bathroom. Also be ideal to provide pool towels.

The location of the apartment was very good (near Southern Cross Station. However there were a few issues with the Apartment. The toilet seat was broken and wobbly, the overhead Fluro Light above the stove kept falling out (had just been taped up) and the Kitchen Utensils were VERY basic and cheap. The apartment was clean on Arrival and quiet during our 2 night stay.

This hotel is foul. Absolutely foul. Dirty walls, dirty fridge, dirty mouldy showers, swollen skirting where it’s been flooded, smell of damp and the doors don’t lock to the balcony. Don’t do it!

Quite central location easy to get around

No communication prior to check in. No idea I had to go to a store down the road from apartment. Had to leave my bag and one of the staff didn’t speak English which is annoying in Australia! Room was basic. No tea towels to dry dishes and a dirty towel was in the cupboard.

Great restaurant

It was a pleasure to meet the staff during the check in process, it is a great location and I appreciate being able to be close to the CBd and close to my Son who lives next door in Madison

Hard to comment on the property as I could not get access. Contact numbers were not manned. After 30 mins I gave up and stayed somewhere else. I was not sure how such a place rated so liwly. Now I know.

Clean rooms, quick check in/out and great location.

Perfect location! Great pool and gym. Bed and sofa couch were rock hard. Shower door goes inwards so difficult to navigate getting in and out. Overall reasonable price.

Had a bit of trouble finding where to check-in as forgot to send the pre-check-in email. Frustrating that the contact number went to an answer phone and they never replied. Finally figured out we had to go to the Sakura Cafe. Staff member was nice, if you leave your bags they secure them with bike locks, as they sit in the front of the shop. Room was okay - two things, bathroom sink extremely slow draining - needs attention, and the advertised large twin sofa bed was just a small 'leather' couch which converted. First night extremely cold for our grandchild to sleep on, requested another duvea to use under the bottom sheet which was provided without issue. Bed only suitable for one child. Washing machine and dryer were great, fridge seemed to be running hot - didn't use anything else. Fantastic location for Southern Cross, Spencer Outlet, trams and eateries.

Great amenities and location. Beds were not great comfort though, bring your own pillow unless you like rock hard ones

Great location with respect to Southern Cross Station. Aircon did not work and it was very cold.

Decent apartment for 2 adults & 2 children. Shower had great water pressure though kitchen sink had low pressure. Good to have a washing machine & dryer. Little tricky to find entrance but they had detailed directions. From car park entrance beware there’s 5 steps to the lift so would have to lift suitcases. Beds comfy but sofa was very saggy and not very comfortable to sit on. Aircon unit worked fine. Pool was good. Overall a great central spot to stay.

Overall enjoyed stay and it was contemporary architecturally. A pull out sofa not comfortable for sleeping although it could have been in the past. Hot even with air con on.
