객실이 깨끗하고 위치가 좋음

위치가 너무 좋았고요 깔끔하고 안락했어요 어메니티도 좋았고요 청결도가 굿 굿 ^^

케언즈 시내 중심있어서 위치적으로는 좋습니다. 하지만 다른 4성급 호텔을 생각하고 가면 후회합니다. 어매니티도 별로고 금고도 없고 창문도 안열립니다. 방음도 안돼고 에어컨실외기가 윙윙거리고 아침저녁으로 쿵쿵소리가 들립니다. 따뜻한 물은 잘나옵니다.

The Abbott is located close to everything. Our room was spotless. The staff was amazing. Highly recommend!

Between the location, the break room, staff, and cleanliness of the hotel alone make it a great stay. The price was great. The room was good. Due to an issue with a previous customer, the shower head was damaged in my room, but since it still worked and I was only staying three nights, I didn’t move when they offered. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I used at a hotel in years. The only issue I had was that the front desk isn’t maintained 24/7, but they are on call during the late evening, so it isn’t a huge issue. As long as the price doesn’t change much, I will probably pick this hotel again if and when I return to Cairns.

Excellent, central location, walk to everything. Rooms were spacious and modern, well appointed with a minifridge and coffee/tea making. The best amenities were a FREE washer/dryer (with free detergent), they were small but ideal for traveller sized loads, and a fully equipped kitchen. There's also a free Nespresso machine and biscuits (drawback was lack of milk for the coffee). This is definitely the place to stay in Cairns. Great value. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay and very convenient for walking around the boulevard

Beds were clean, hotel is aged, spiling stains all over the bed headboard. It’s “ok” if you just need a cheap place to crash

A hidden gem in the heart of Cairns. Perfect position and beautifully appointed. Love the communal space and the staff were excellent.

Fabulous hotel. Great amenities. Very helpful staff. Great location. Of all the hotels we have stayed in, this was our favorite. So nice to have laundry facilities too.

Great accommodation in the centre of town. Very neat and clean. Bedding and linen great quality. As we only stayed one night street parking suited us. Would highly recommend.

Cleam and tidy room with great communal area with tables and coffee machine to work from.

Fantastic experience. Took us a bit to get ised to the front desk always being staffed, but there was always staff in the the building and they were very helpful.
