Very Clean, comfortable, modern, renovated room/ hotel where the owner is extremely helpful and makes everyone feel like they are special. The hotel is located in the most central location in town and we will defiantly be back again in the future!

Such a nice hotel located in the heart of Cairns. The lounge coffee machine was greatly appreciated, as were the laundry facilities.

The room was immaculate! The hotel is centrally located so ease of getting around was perfect. The amenities were fantastic: wine in the room, bottled water, 24/7 coffee bar…all included in the room fee. I fully recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return in the future!

Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and the amenities were top notch! The lounge on the first floor added to the experience and having the laundry and kitchen facilities made our stay that much more comfortable! Highly recommended

Staff was nice, rooms were clean. Came during a very hot week and the AC worked differently. We were on the third floor in the middle of the building and there was a noticeable difference between 2nd and 3rd floor and even at the ends of cooridor. This may not be an issue when weather is less extreme. We didn’t love the neighborhood, but walkable to some shops and the dock where many boats leave for Great Barrier Reef tours.

Room was nice size,clean, nicely decorated, bed was comfortable with nice sheets. We especially liked the free espresso/coffee machine in the very pleasant lounging area for hotel guests as well as free laundry facilities!! Oh..and the complimentary bottle of wine!!
