Clean nice new hotel. Rooms not small gave sitting area. 10 minute walk to ocean but central to everything. Good value for money comfy beds.

Room was large and clean with high quality bed linens. Very comfortable bed and great coffee, tea and collections for a light refreshment in the morning. I highly recommend Abbot Boutique Hotel and will recommend to friends.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for two nights.the location is great, near to the Aquarium and to the terminal for reef tours. Rooms are big, comfy and most of all they are super clean! There is a lounge with a Coffee machine (real nespresso) and biscuits and water, open 24/7,so this is great. The staff is amazing, we met Matteo and Aurora and they are very kind and helpful! If we ever come back to cairns we will definetely come back in this hotel!

Everything was great! Exceptional location and loved the coffee bar.

Wonderful staff and great location

Ease of after hours check-in. Clear instructions. Easy access to available facilities like coffee machines, washer/dryer, community kitchen, lounge, books. Clean and welcoming room.

sheets the first day had a couple stains and there was condensation dripping from the AC, but still a very comfortable stay. free laundry and lounge were great amenities

The hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance of the central railway station and the promenade. The room itself was satisfactory; the bathroom was a good size, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to sleep well. There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. On arrival, I found a long black hair in the shower, which was disappointing, and the room did not smell particularly fresh. A strong odour of fried food carried up from the restaurant below, which lingered throughout my stay. In hindsight, I should have asked to change rooms, but as I was only staying for two nights, I chose not to deal with the disruption. On a positive note, I appreciated the complimentary water and coffee available in the upstairs lounge area, which was a thoughtful and welcome touch.

Fantastic hotel with lots of things thought through. LIttel things like ixc machine and coffee machine in central area. Rooms very comfortable too.
