No one at reception desk at all over the weekend. To find your room you had to follow the arrows upstairs through corridors, through lounge areas. Obviously a place for workers as every second room had dirty work boots in the corridors. Kitchen sink tap handle lifted straight up, not secured and the shower screen was very hard to open and close, we were worried it would break.

A small but adequate and clean room. Comfortable bed.

No contact checkin. Pouring water from electric jug was a challenge, spout not very good. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable and quiet. Nice place to stay. full of racing photos just a shame there wasn't anything on the building's history.

This property is like a step back in time with modern conveniences. Beautifully kept.

Excellent accommodation, spotlessly clean, and value for money

No better place to stay in Bathurst.

Location is pleasant & relaxing. Short drive to Bathurst CBD, but semi rural setting is relaxing.

It was further away from shops than i thought. I arrived late, itvwas dark and raining abd could not find anywhere to eat close by. Maybe have a list of suggested lo ations to get food or meals from. Property was beautiful

It's a very unique place at a good price! It was comfortable and very quiet. Lovely lounge/dinning areas around the building, would be good for a group of people. There is also a cool games room.

The property has everything you need. Neat and clean and the kitchen to cook

We booked this for our overnight stay for the running event Panorama Punish. Having this nearby allowed us to have another shower before driving home after the Punish event. Glad we cancelled the other booking in a motel 3km away.

Beautiful large old building with high ceilings and plenty of character. Simple room that was adequate for our needs, with plenty of space in the common areas eg lounge, games room, BBQ area, spa (already warm). Kitchenette was very handy too. Would be very happy to stay again.

Very basic but comfortable accommodation. Lovely comfortable bed, desk, lounge & kitchen, so excellent facilities. The building had other lounge areas you could sit in as well as a games room, which was huge. Onsite parking and self check in and check out, with great communication and instructions. The only issue might be the shower if you are a larger or tall person as it was teenie tiny, which didn't bother us, but wouldn't work for tall people. Very good value.

Stayed 2 nights in King room, clean, comfortable, good hot water and pressure. Decent size room with kitchen, stove, microwave with basic kitchen wares, tea/coffee/milk provided. The only complaint would be that, the walls and floors are pretty thin.

I liked how quiet it was.

I liked everything about this accomodation. I stayed the night before in the most expensive place in town, nearby, and it was not clean, uncomfortable bed, and the whole building smelt terrible. The Hallows was very clean, quiet, great location, very comfortable bed, great shower, and all in an historic building. Great communication from owner. I will definitely be back, and will recommend to friends.
