Clean and simple

Good location, pretty new and functional,spacious for a fair price

We had an amazing stay on this accomodation.Clean and cosy.

Appartamento confortevole, pulito, ben servito dalla metro e da supermercati nelle vicinanze.

I would give this place a high mark for the accomodation itself which was comfortable and spotlessly clean. I have to give it a lower mark due to a failing in customer care and follow up to a complaint. There seems to be an amateur attitude to customer service with this property. I had issues with the access code to the apartment which meant i could not gain entry to my room at 3pm which caused unnecessary panic. When you are travelling from overseas a foreign phoneline is a problem when you are stuck out of accomodation. The entry code had not been registered so it took me luckily finding a housekeeping staff to let me gain access. This itself was an annoyance but not a deal breaker. My main cause for concern however was the male housekeeper entering the apartment at 10am on checkout morning. (Checkout being at 11am) After knocking he entered the apartment and despite seeing my shoes and bag by the entrance walked into the bathroom where I was taking a shower. Rather than quickly retreat he smiled, paused and then waved at me as I was in the shower! In which country is this invasion of privacy considered normal?? I was shocked and embarrased and shouted at him to retreat. Approximately 30 mins later his attitude was careless. As a male I was shocked but I shudder to think how he would react if a single lone female were put in this situation. I emailed a complaint to the contact email immediately and had no reply. I emailed again 4 days later. No response. Shocking.

This was an excellent place to say. The only problem is communication. When emailing or messaging the property by whatsApp, no one gets back to you. The safe in our room was not working and we stayed there 4 nights. I emailed and messaged, but no one got back to me every. Other than communication, everything else was excellent. Overall we are very happy with out stay.

The apartment was super-clean. The kitchen needs more equipment - plates, glasses and A BREAD KNIFE. Also not practical to have a Nespresso Pro that one can not buy pads for in shops, and the vending maschine out of order. Get a regular Nespresso machine! The lounge seemed like a good idea but was useless for us - another coffee machine but without beans, and some empty containers of instant coffee/cappucino. Makes no sense. We were promised more coffee pads on day 3 out of 6, after we used the 5 that were there, but they never came. A small thing that becomes a big issue and so easy to fix.

Era tutto perfetto ma sono rimasta un po’ delusa perché avevo il problema con la Tv ho chiamato responsabile che non parlava bene I tedesco e non sapeva spegnarmi bene cosa devo fare Mi ha detto che manderà il tecnico, ma nessuno non l’ha visto quindi non è venuto sono stata il mio soggiorno è stato senza la TV

When we arrived at the property yesterday afternoon Wifi password didn't work. We've emailed hello.lory@jimmys.at but nobody responded even hours later. We've now checked out, without being able to use internet at all! When you are visiting from abroad this means very high roaming charges. Disappointed!

Very clean, good location, many shops nearby if walking distance five minutes+.

Günstiges Apartment, gute Anbindung an S-Bahn, Straßenbahn und U-Bahn/Bus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Balkon sehr klein und nur Schatten. Sauberkeit mäßig, der ganze Balkon war voller Zigarettenkippen. Ansonsten keine Beanstandung.

Das Apartment ist groß und recht gut ausgestattet, zum Beispiel mit Geschirrspüler und Klimaanlage. Nur in der Küche fehlen ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie ein kleines Küchenmesser oder ein Sparschäler. Durch Bahn- und Flugverkehr in der Nähe ist es etwas laut, auch ist das Gebäude hellhörig. Insgesamt für einen Kurzurlaub gut geeignet.
