Camera minimal e abbastanza spaziosa, con letto molto comodo, bagno moderno e molto pulito. Non ho provato la colazione, ma ho cenato al bar dell'hotel ed era discreto. Ci sono aree comuni silenziose dove lavorare o rilassarsi e c'è sempre del the/caffè disponibile per gli ospiti.

Overall this was a great stay. The location is well suited for transportation and restaurant/shopping options. The only negative was the buffet breakfast lacked hot meat and egg options. The price is expensive for what there is. It’s a small issue.

Værelset var fint, men vi ville gerne have gjort rent og nye håndklæder. Sødt personale og dejligt anderledes hotel.

The room was small, the bed is too big fir the room, literally had 6 inches to walk through between bed and wall.

Staff were relaxed, polite and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. Lovely toiletries and actually have a good hair conditioner! Could do with tea and coffee facilities in the room but not a major issue. They show a film every night in a cinema room which is a good touch as the TV has everything in German except for the news. Fabulous breakfast and a good location. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. I always got assistance when needed in terms of guidance to navigate the city. The movie theatre was a nice touch as well.

Staff support was lacking for the late check out with the reason for no rooms available while it was possible to order many rooms including many of my room type.

Genel anlamda iyiydi. Odalar ferah, geniş ve temizdi. Ortak alanlar bize biraz karanlık ve fazla salaş geldi. Servis konusunda biraz yavaş bulduk ancak yeterliydi.

Très bon concept d’hotellerie! No fuss, no muss!!! Nous avons tout aimé: la chambre loft avec le balcon et une vue sympa, le bar très sympa et les vouchers à l’arrivée qui vous donnent l’occasion de le découvrir..et de revenir. Une adresse que nous garderons !! Merci!!

We enjoyed staying at the Ruby Maria. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a perfect location. Near the trams, underground. Shopping and bars on the door step. We enjoyed a 4 day break this weekend. I would recommend this hotel.

Great hotel

Wonderful hotel and the best staff ever! The hotel had a lot of charm in a nice area near a lot of shops and public transportation. The breakfast was ok but it could use more of a variety, an omelette station would be an addition. Overall, we enjoyed it and would definitely stay again.

Upon our first arrival the waiter was very rude when we sat down and tried to order food - he knew right away he was rude. Our toilet ran water all the time and shower did not drain very well. The curtains had stains all over. On our last morning prior to check out at 9AM someone came into our room unannounced with a key, he continued to do the same for 3 rooms following. It felt extremely alarming for someone to enter the room without consent and had a key immediately upon waking. I would not recommend this hotel again due to safety being a major concern if people are able to access our room without consent - was this person a guest at the hotel? A random off the street? We were never told and no way to know - thankful nothing serious happened but this has never happened at any other hotel
