Ruby Marie Hotel Vienna

During 3 we never received Clean Room neither towels change the Day before s living I talles with a cleaner gay and he out the trash and changed the towels. This hotel has not telephone in the rooms therefore is not posible to call to Room service or emergency….. very Bad idea. The Fiat Day the Bar Check In I had troubles with computer auto check in and it was a great delay and Bad attention. Breakfast normal.

For the price, this place is hard to beat. For the cons: The in-room closet space sucks and there’s no mini refrigerator, but they have a galley where you can buy cold water and snacks. I’d advise you to bring a clothes steamer, otherwise you’ll be using the “community iron” on the 3rd floor. The layout is also confusing and off putting. Reception is on the 5th floor so instead of human beings your greeted by an elevator when you enter the building. You’ll never get used to where your room is as the hallways are dimly lit and break off into random directions. The hotel also doesn’t have much of a view to speak of. They have a terrace behind the bar but, you’re looking into the backs of other people’s apartments. Now onto the pro’s: The rooms are clean and comfortable and come with a little Marshall Bluetooth speaker that has bass and treble controls! Their soaps and conditioners smell amazing( to me anyway) The bed is a single mattress, not that weird split down the middle thing they love in Europe for some reason. The staff are cool and very helpful You have several good places to eat in the immediate surrounding area of the hotel. Air conditioning! Which was a savior during this unbelievably scorching weekend To conclude: When you’re visiting Vienna, all you really need is a clean comfortable place to lay your head. You need to be out IN VIENNA, not in your room. With that said, the ruby marie is a perfectly fine hotel and I would have no regrets coming back

We needed a quiet place to take a board exam on the final day and they were very helpful. All went well with the space and WiFi.

Unbelievable bargain!!!!! Rooms are very Nice and clean. Bar and outdoor lounge was exceptional. The computer self check-in was a bit arduous other than that a perfect stay near large train station and multitude of restaurants, shops and many attractions. Great Place!

Wonderful experience. Hotel was conveniently located in an area that provides great access options. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. The best part of the experience was the excellent hotel staff - from everyone we met during our 10-day visit, from check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, bar, advice, incidentals. We'll plan to come back to this hotel in the future. I had a very pleasant stay at Arte Hotel in Vienna. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it a great place to relax after a day exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which really added to the experience. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The only small drawback is that the room did not include a kettle or a mini fridge, which would have been useful for added convenience. Aside from this, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

The hotel is close to 2 tube stations and 2 large supermarkets.The room was spacious and clean. Loved everything especially the coffee station on the 3rd floor..used it everyday also the bar which also used daily. the bar was so welcoming and comfortable. A big shout out to Alina,Laura and Timo who were so friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome on every visit..they really made us want to visit the bar daily. Highly recommended

Great location next to Westbahnhof but far enough from all the noise. Mariahilfer street with all the shopping takes you to the heart of Vienna in 20 minutes. Rooms perfectly clean and rather new but basic and small. Breakfast good.

Self checkin was useless. The room was average - I can say little more about the hotel. I’ve been back to Vienna since and stayed elsewhere

Very simple room, no amenities, lacking organizational furniture for clothes.

Very good hotel in excellent location. Steps to public transport, walking distance to the city center. Easy transfer from the airport. Breakfast is excellent.

Self check in a bit confusing, although bar staff will usually help. On line check in recommended, but couldn't find the link to do it on line. Great location for centre of Vienna. Great breakfast experience. Rooms always comfortable.

Clean room, simple and effective minimalist music decor

Cant fault this hotel. Room and staff lovely. Location excellent. Hotel had a great bar and roof terrace and there was a cinema room showing a free film each night. They also give you a free drink at the bar if dont require your room to be cleaned for 3 days, and the cocktails were delicious. Had a younger vice re clientele and staff. Enterance to the hotel was at street level with a lift to the hotel, and that was a bit dark. Wasnt too expensive. Highly recommend.

I wanted cool air. It stayed hot throughout the night. If I open a window, it becomes cold. So, I spent an uncomfortable night. There was only set of Pillows and Comforter. Not sufficient. Did not want to ask reception for extra - should have been provided automatically considering the cost that was charged. Towels were small size (70*130). Just one bath towel, one hand towel. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the common area. Glass bath. Lucky that I stayed alone. Not for family or friends unless you want some exposure. Not worth the money.
