房間整潔，隔音效果不錯，睡得很安穩。地點非常便利，鄰近機場巴士站、火車與地鐵站。周圍有餐廳、超市與購物區，生活機能完善。整體環境安全，住宿體驗令人安心。 The room was clean and tidy, with good soundproofing that ensured a restful sleep. The location was very convenient, close to the airport bus stop, train, and U-Bahn stations. Restaurants, supermarkets, and shopping areas were all within walking distance, making it easy to get around. The surroundings felt safe, providing a comfortable!

酒店地理位置優越，樓下有超市，附近也有很多餐廳，距離地下鐵，火車站也不遠。 喜歡酒店房燈光，而且窗框也很安全！ 唯一缺點就是酒店房間沒有雪櫃！

During 3 we never received Clean Room neither towels change the Day before s living I talles with a cleaner gay and he out the trash and changed the towels. This hotel has not telephone in the rooms therefore is not posible to call to Room service or emergency….. very Bad idea. The Fiat Day the Bar Check In I had troubles with computer auto check in and it was a great delay and Bad attention. Breakfast normal.

For the price, this place is hard to beat. For the cons: The in-room closet space sucks and there’s no mini refrigerator, but they have a galley where you can buy cold water and snacks. I’d advise you to bring a clothes steamer, otherwise you’ll be using the “community iron” on the 3rd floor. The layout is also confusing and off putting. Reception is on the 5th floor so instead of human beings your greeted by an elevator when you enter the building. You’ll never get used to where your room is as the hallways are dimly lit and break off into random directions. The hotel also doesn’t have much of a view to speak of. They have a terrace behind the bar but, you’re looking into the backs of other people’s apartments. Now onto the pro’s: The rooms are clean and comfortable and come with a little Marshall Bluetooth speaker that has bass and treble controls! Their soaps and conditioners smell amazing( to me anyway) The bed is a single mattress, not that weird split down the middle thing they love in Europe for some reason. The staff are cool and very helpful You have several good places to eat in the immediate surrounding area of the hotel. Air conditioning! Which was a savior during this unbelievably scorching weekend To conclude: When you’re visiting Vienna, all you really need is a clean comfortable place to lay your head. You need to be out IN VIENNA, not in your room. With that said, the ruby marie is a perfectly fine hotel and I would have no regrets coming back

Sehr modernes Hotel. Hat alles was man braucht. Ruhig, sauber, trotz 35°C draußen angenehmes Zimmer. Lage ist umglaublich!

We needed a quiet place to take a board exam on the final day and they were very helpful. All went well with the space and WiFi.

Self check-In war im ersten Moment ungewöhnlich, es wurde mir aber sofort von einem freundlichen Mitarbeiter geholfen. Auch die Bar war super und die Leute sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Zimmer sind zweckmäßig - das soll aber nicht abwertend sein! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Betten sehr bequem, jederzeit gerne wieder

Unbelievable bargain!!!!! Rooms are very Nice and clean. Bar and outdoor lounge was exceptional. The computer self check-in was a bit arduous other than that a perfect stay near large train station and multitude of restaurants, shops and many attractions. Great Place!

Tolles Hotel mit vielen Zusatzfeatures wie Kino am Abend und toller Dachterrasse. Einziger Abzug ist der Straßenlärm der Zimmer zur Kaiserstraße, ich hatte um ein ruhiges gebeten und dennoch ein straßenseitiges bekommen. Ansonsten top!

Ingen riktig bartender så drinkar var sådär. Ganska litet utbud på frukost som inte fylldes på kontinuerligt Boendet i sig var helt okej

The hotel is very innovative and the structure is a cutting-edge one, as well as the available services, such as the cinema shows in the hotel, not found so often. The position is also easy to reach and not far from the city center.

Wonderful experience. Hotel was conveniently located in an area that provides great access options. Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. The best part of the experience was the excellent hotel staff - from everyone we met during our 10-day visit, from check-in, housekeeping, breakfast, bar, advice, incidentals. We'll plan to come back to this hotel in the future. I had a very pleasant stay at Arte Hotel in Vienna. The hotel has a modern and stylish design, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged, making it a great place to relax after a day exploring the city. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist, which really added to the experience. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions, making it ideal for both short and longer stays. The only small drawback is that the room did not include a kettle or a mini fridge, which would have been useful for added convenience. Aside from this, everything else was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

El diseño de el lobby y su proceso de registro son muy novedosos, el cuarto es muy cómodo y práctico, además su ubicación es inmejorable, cerca tienes tiendas, supermercados y todo el complejo de museos a no más de 2 km

Perfekte Unterkunft am Wiener Westbahnhof, trotzdem ist die ganze Stadt mit dem Öffentlichen einfach erreichbar. Preis/Leistung hervorragend.

The hotel is close to 2 tube stations and 2 large supermarkets.The room was spacious and clean. Loved everything especially the coffee station on the 3rd floor..used it everyday also the bar which also used daily. the bar was so welcoming and comfortable. A big shout out to Alina,Laura and Timo who were so friendly and efficient and made us feel welcome on every visit..they really made us want to visit the bar daily. Highly recommended
