무료 제공 물 없음, 전등이 깜박거림, 창문열어 환기못함, 무엇보다 침대 한쪽이 밑으로 매우 꺼져있어서 잘때 불편함 침대 머리 닿는 보드부분 먼지 쌓임.

Mycket charmigt och smakfullt hotell, fräscht och rent med bra läge. Frukostpersonalen tycktes dock oerfaren och lyckades inte hålla koll på beställningarna.

Missing real food at the roofterrasse

A decent hotel, but one that could significantly improve the guest experience with a few simple adjustments. During our stay, the bar's draft beer system was out of order, requiring us to purchase bottled beer from reception. When we asked for glasses at reception, we were directed back to the bar, which felt unnecessarily inconvenient. We were also asked to leave an otherwise empty outdoor seating area because it belonged to the restaurant, despite only wanting to order drinks from the hotel bar and sit for half an hour before going out for dinner. In addition, the swimming pool was closed due to a private event without prior notice, although the hotel did compensate us with a bar voucher after we raised the issue. The rooftop terrace had excessively loud music during the afternoon, making conversation difficult, and staff were unwilling to reduce the volume when asked. Service generally felt uncoordinated, with several staff members approaching our table before someone was finally able to take our order. Overall, an acceptable stay, but the hotel would benefit from a more guest-focused approach and better coordination between departments.

Great hotel - good location, right by Innere Stadt; very cool building, very well maintained and decorated, in keeping with the architectural period. Good amenities. The personell were very helpful, if perhaps a little inexperienced.

Fabulous hotel with time-travel style

Hotel moderno y cómodo, todo el personal muy amable. El desayuno muy bueno aunque los meseros y cocina se complican la existencia con su método, sobre todo cuando el lugar se llena. Si bien es bufet, se tiene que ordenar, de todos modos, algunas opciones de huevos pochados y ahí es donde se complican la vida, pues la entrega y el servicio se hacen lentos. Fuera de eso, es un buen lugar y muy bien ubicado. La alberca está en la azotea y tiene muy bonitas vistas. La habitación excelente

Nette Atmosphäre, interessantes Gebäude und Styling, gut ausgestattetes kleines Zimmer, etwas zu dunkles Bad - typisch Hoxton, eine meiner liebsten Hotelketten... Die Lage ist optimal für einen Städtetrip, alles schnell erreichbar, fußläufig oder mit U-Bahn / Bim. Was nicht so gut war, war das Frühstück. Das Restaurant ist vielleicht auch zu klein für die Größe des Hotels?! Es gibt ein Eiergericht / ein Getränk nach Wahl, dazu ein kleines, sehr eng aufgebautes Buffet - man muss über Lebensmittel hinübergreifen, um Dinge zu erreichen, keine Auszeichnung von Inhaltsstoffen oder auch nur Zutaten (vegane Creme vs. Joghurt zum Beispiel). Am letzten Tag war in den Gläschen das geschnittene Obst schon am Gären, hat das Personal nicht gekümmert... Fast alles Personal spricht nur Englisch.

We stayed at the hotel for a three-day trip to Vienna without our children. Upon arrival, we were informed that the pool would be closed from 2:00 PM on Saturday due to a private event. Unfortunately, we had not been informed of this in advance. The pool and spa facilities were the primary reason we chose this hotel, so this came as a major disappointment. After spending the day exploring the city, we had expected to return and enjoy the facilities we had specifically booked and paid for. The unexpected closure of the pool significantly affected our stay and effectively ruined our Saturday. I travel extensively for work and stay in hotels on a regular basis, so I have a good sense of what to expect from hotels in this category. Unfortunately, this hotel gave the impression of being overwhelmed by its own success, where private events and outside visitors seemed to be given a higher priority than the guests actually staying at the hotel. In addition, we did not find the staff particularly welcoming or courteous. While we understand that special events can occasionally affect hotel operations, we would have expected both advance communication about the closure and a more professional, guest-focused attitude from the staff. Overall, the experience fell well short of our expectations and did not reflect the standard we anticipated when booking this hotel.

Viyana'ya bir daha gelsem yine bu oteli tercih ederim. hem konum olarak , hem otelin olanakları açısından çok memnun kaldık. odalar tertemiz ve her şey düşünülmüştü. Teşekkürler

Melhor custo beneficio de Viena

Room had a stale smell, staff helped to get the windows unlocked for me. Unfortunately check in was slow and would have been nice to the staff to offer some water while you wait, particularly as your generally arriving from travelling long distances. Menu for room service was out of date, and hard to hear the staff when ordering as the phone was more for looks than functionality. Rooftop bar is nice but no priority given to those staying in house and service is lacking. Additionally room only cleaned upon request. All in all, an ok stay, however the expected more from my favourite hotel brand!

Ett helt fantastiskt fint hotell. Rummet var så snyggt och bekvämt – sängen och kuddarna var något av det bästa någonsin och då har jag 50+ hotellnätter per år. Takterrassen med bar och pool är fantastisk. Jag kan verkligen rekommendera detta hotell!
