Clean room, friendly staff, great location, good amenities. Shower drain was clogged and room was extremely hot, regardless of what you did. Had to leave the window open in the winter. But it worked out.

Really great staff, efficient & professional. Rooms are understated chic. Highly recommend this hotel. Good location too with a roof bar!

Fantastic location, super friendly staff, and the very comfortable room was immaculate. The sink faucet broke and started to flow over. I rant downstairs and told the staff who immediately came with me to the room and call the maintenance man who turned off the water. They moved me to another room quickly. Their fast and professional response was impressive.

Duschkopf war total kaputt. Aus der Mutter spritzte fast mehr Wasser als aus dem Duschkopf selber. Wasserdruck entsprechend grottig. Fernseher stürzt dauernd ab. Weder Heizung noch eingehende Anrufe funktionierten. Es gibt keine Minibar. Es sieht sauber aus, aber das Zimmer hat einen Geruch. Bei einem anderen Aufenthalt hatte ich ein Zimmer aus einer niedrigeren Preiskategorie, das war trotzdem besser. Das Restaurant ging anscheinend aus Prinzip nicht an die Roomservice-Telefonnummer, woraufhin mir jedes Mal an der automatisch weitergeleiteten Rezeption genervt mitgeteilt wurde, ich sei an der Rezeption, nicht beim Restaurant. Was kann ich bitte dafür? Dann sollen sie die automatische Weiterleitung vom Restaurant an die Rezeption abstellen. Die Krönung war dann noch, daß die per QR-Code im Zimmer abrufbare Roomservicekarte nicht mehr stimmte. Wirkt einfach unprofessionell. Nach der Erfahrung werde ich nicht wiederkommen, da gibt es deutlich Besseres. Schade.

Sauberes Zimmer und auf Vintage eingerichtetes Hotel in gutem Zustand. Es gibt leider kein Frühstücksbuffett und nur vorgewählte Pakete zu Einzelpreisen. Das ist sehr schade - man muss schon beim Frühstück Kompromisse machen und es wird teurer als in anderen Hotels der gleichen Kategorie.

Pas de buffet pour le breakfast, il faut commander et on attend trop longtemps…. Le lit n’est pas queen size contrairement à ce que prétend le réceptionniste, il fait tout juste 140 cm…. Très étroit

Great hotel near the Opera, parks, and old city. Great staff, well-appointed rooms, not on too busy of a street.

It is well located walking distance to most sites

This is a busy area but very close to the park and public transport. Had Hugo Boss not decided to invade the property with their meeting our stay would have been more enjoyable. The roof deck and the stair well are amazing. This is a hotel which could be in any city. Fun to try once but will not return. Rooms very small.

Great location

The hotel is very well located just minutes walking from all the Vienna sites and shopping but is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other hotels (InterContinental, Ritz Carlton, Marriott, etc.). Recommend booking the larger rooms if possible as even those are quite small. The rooftop bar and restaurant is really nice with great views of Vienna. Overall, the feel is probably a bit too trendy for its own good but the staff was very nice and attentive. A great option for a stay in Vienna at a decent price point.

The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel is in a great location. There are also great facilities (pool, bar, restaurant, terrace etc) but we found the service at breakfast and the bar very slow and difficult, not being able to order certain drinks or at certain times.

Very cozy hotel with super nice staffs . Great location within 10 to 15 mins walking distance to St. Stephen’s Cathedral. Also there is a supermarket right behind the hotel . Definitely would love to stay here again when coming to visit Vienna .
