If you get into trouble at a hotel, you can't get any help or compensation.They never admit to their mistakes. Si hay un problema durante su estancia en el hotel, los empleados no van a ayudar. Creo que el menú del servicio al cliente debe ser complementado. 호텔에서 문제가 생겼을 때 고객잘못으로 책임을 전가합니다. 직원이 영어를 갑자기 못알아듣는척도 하고요. 만약 호텔측과 문제가 생겼을 때 호텔에서 어떠한 도움과 보상을 못받는다고 생각하고 예약하시길 바랍니다.

그라벤스틴성에서 가깝고, 겐트역에서 버스타고 내려서 걸어서 5분 정도 거리입니다. 깨끗하고 분위기도 좋은데, 다만 난방시설이 고장나서 추웠습니다. 히터를 가져다줬는데 그것마저도 고장이 나서 또 요청을 했습니다. 두번째 가져다 준 히터는 소리가 나서 좀 시끄러웠습니다.

The first room we were placed in had a broken toilet seat, and the room was TINY. However, the friendly staff member immediately reassigned us to a much nicer room with more space. The hotel was clean and comfortable and within easy walk to city centre

The room was way too expensive and I didn't even get breakfast with it. You can find better deals. I didn't even get Canal view. The room was nice and clean. But you can get that for much less price in town. It was annoying that every five minutes the light would go off if you're not moving around. You have to get up and turn the light on. They did have some lights by the bed, but they were not as bright.

Great location for spending a few days in lovely Gent. Recommended!

Parking not easy given their location but they were super helpful and made it all work out.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Nettes Personal und gutes Frühstück. Unser Zimmer war leider sehr klein.

Very nice room local multi storey very reasonable for long stay parked car day and half 20 euro.

Ok so there are two different buildings for this hotel and you will have totally different experiences depending on if you are in the from historic building with elegant rooms and facing the castle or if you have to go all the way to the back to that scary ugly building that in no way feels like you are in Brugge. Good luck we where first put in back and I went to desk and asked and they put us in main building with gorgeous room and perfect view of castle from our window.

Encontramos 15 mosquitos dentro de la habitacion y las paredes llenas de sangre de mosquitos que habían matado anteriormente y sobre las toallas cadaveres de mosquitos. El hotel está muy bien ubicado es lo único.

Parking is a challenge but we knew this prior to our arrival. Hotel staff did a great job communicating with us prior to our arrival. The area around the hotel is shutdown to vehicle traffic mid to late July due to 10 day music festival (fun time - great energy). AC unit was not working properly but windows open - not a big concern. Bed extremely comfortable. Room was clean - nicely done. Would stay again.

Fint hotell i den fineste delen av Gent. Hyggelig personale, fine rom. Litt upraktisk å komme seg til hotellet da jernbane er minimum 2 km unna.

Nice looking hotel historical building in a great location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and very close to the castle

Bra centralt o fin service

The location is the best. The hotel is comfortable nothing negative to say. The young lady employee at the breakfast room was very helpful giving us useful touristic information I could not get at the front desk.

Klimaanlage auf 25 Grad eingestellt. Wir wurden trotzdem schockgefrostet (trotz Zusatzdecken). Fenster auf war wegen sehr viel lauten Publikums direkt unter uns auf der Straße nicht möglich. Außerdem sehr warme Nacht. Leider schwere Erkältung zugezogen.

Ankom på 2 motorsykler. Hadde da lov til å kjøre inn i Gent uten tillatelse, men vanskelig å komme seg frem til hotellet pga alle enveiskjørte og stengte gater. Hotellet har noen få parkeringsplasser. Hotellet hadde perfekt beliggenhet i forhold til alle severdighetene. Mange restauranter i nærheten.

Nice place to stay near shops and restaurants

Das Beste ist die Lage. Der Preis ist für den Zustand deutlich zu teuer ( mein Empfinden). Es war sehr dreckig, renovierungsbedürftig. Im Badezimmer wurde nur mal über lose Farbe oder Schimmel gestrichen. Die Fugen waren tlw. ohne Fugmasse und Flisen gerissen. Duschkabine könnte man sich sparen, Boden war nach dem duschen klatschnass. Ecken sind nicht gründlich gereinigt gewesen. Im Zimmer waren an den Wänden sehr viele Flecken, die nicht von den letzten 2 Wochen waren. Das Frühstück ist einfallslos und war nicht reichhaltig. Einen Tag gab es Tomaten, dafür den nächsten dann den Mozzarella. Frisches Obst bestand aus einen Korb Apfel und einen mit Birnen. Die Parksituation ist katastrophal. Es wird kein Parkplatz im Vorfeld reserviert. Zufahrt und Parkplatz sind nur was für Fiat 126 z.B. Das sollte erstmal reichen. Kann sich jeder selbst ein Bild machen. Mein Kopfkino reicht mir hier.
