I don't recommend this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel, even worse than 3 star. The hotel room is so lousy due to the construction around it and pedestrians. There is no noise-proof window. The shower holder is not well tight, which makes me hold the showerhead. The staff members in the reception is not so helpful and efficient. I have to wait about more than 20 minutes to take a taxi after I asked a call for a taxi. I would not stay this hotel again. Among a few 4 star hotels I has used in Brussels, this is the worst.

위치가 굉장히 좋았습니다. 주변 관광하기에도 가까운거리였고, 주변에 마트도있고 로비에서 있던 호텔직원도 굉장히 친절했습니다. 다음에 가면 또 숙박할 의향이 있습니다.

WiFi가 방에서는 거의 안됐어요.

아주 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 4성급(하지만 가격은 착한) 호텔답게, 욕실, 침구, 로비, 식당 등이 모두 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 종업원들도 굉장히 친절했고, 조식도 매우 훌륭했습니다. 단점을 꼽자면 1. 와이파이가 많이 약했고, 2. 조식이 15유로로 많이 비싼 편이었다는 점 정도? 그 밖에는 완벽했네요. 장소는 남역과 중앙역 중간 정도에 있어서 약간 애매할 수 있지만, 오히려 치안 안 좋아 보이는 남역과 시끄러운 중앙역에서 떨어진 한적한 곳에 있어서 더 좋았던 면도 있습니다(남역 근처는 비추천..). 그리고 호텔 바로 맞은편에 마트가 있어서 정말 편했네요. 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠고, 추천합니다.

브뤼셀 MIDI 역에서 도보로 10분 거리에 위치해 있었고, 그랑플라스, 오줌싸개 동상, 왕궁 등 왠만한 시내 관광지는 걸어서 볼 수 있었습니다. 침실도 정돈이 잘 되어 있었고, 직원분들도 친절했습니다.

초행길이지만, 구글맵을 사용하여 가니, 걸어서 십분정도 걸렸습니다. 전체적으로 호텔이 굉장히 깨끗했고, 직원들도 친절하였습니다. 정말 좋은 호텔입니다.

I was honestly very disappointed in my stay. I booked the trip day of check-in because my first accommodations did not work out, and the hotel looked beautiful in the photos. Unfortunately, the entire lobby was under construction, which was not mentioned while I was booking. We had to use the side entrance as well as occasionally the questionable metal stairs to get from our room to the lobby. There was also construction noise happening in the morning and throughout the day, which is understandable, but notice of this would have been appreciated beforehand. The first room that we were put in had a bathroom that smelled rancid, so we asked to be put into another room, but we lost our ideal city view because of this. Lastly, the room came with a guide in which you could request additional kits if needed, but when I called for one of the kits, I was informed that they actually did not have any of them. Whether they were actually out of the kits or if the staff did not want to bring us one, I am not sure. An upside to this hotel would be that the room we were put into was spacious and clean for the most part, the bathtub had dirt stains in it, and good lighting. The location is also amazing as it is only a 10-minute walk from many of the must-see spots in Brussels. Overall, I understand that this may be an ideal time of year for the hotel and city to do their repairs when tourism is low, but it would have been nice to be informed of this before booking.

Nadie se da cuenta de quien entra y sale del hotel, poca seguridad, se pusieron a remodelar sin avisar el lugar del desayuno era una sala de juntas y no cabía la gente, nunca sirvió la television del cuarto, el gimnasio es una bodega, el mobiliario del las áreas comunes estaba roto de la tapicería, la verdad no regresaría a este hotel

This place was horrible! Not sure how they received 4 stars! The bathroom would flood from the shower and we could not bathe because there was no way to easily get the stopper beck out since the chain had been broken off of it (it fits flush to the tub). No iron for clothes. Cannot adjust the temperature in the room so it was too hot and we could not sleep well. Smells like mildew. Coffee machine was not clean - stale water sitting in there.

Great location. The host was very polite.

Hotel de lujo. A 15 minutos de la estación a pie y también del centro. En el medio, habitaciones muy buenas.

Clean and good location. Nice breakfast although the staff were a bit disordered and had to double check that we did in fact pay for breakfast. Was placed in a room next to reception which was quite noisy. But the room itself was perfectly pleasant.

Konumu cok iyi hem şehir merkezine hem de ana tren istasyonuna yürüme mesafesinde, büyük ve temiz odalar. Calışanlar oldukça yardımsever ve güleryüzlüydü

De kamer is scoon. Een fijne ruime badkamer.

Room was clean and spacious. Good location city centre is approx 11 mins walk and train station 15 mins.

Lovely stay, really beautiful room + bathroom, very good condition and would chose to stay again when we retun to Brussels :)

Rom very clean, great amenities. Building in need of some repair (water spots and bulging paint).
