La camera ed il bagno erano pulitissimi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e professionale. L'albero si trova in ottima posizione ed è comodissimo per chi deve usufruire dei treni e dei bus che collegano tutta la Bulgaria e anche alcune località estere

Very old building and our room has not cleaned enough, spider web on the code of the electric kettle and tappet was stained from the beginning and dusty, I got allergy from the tappet or else(not sure what it is), but not the level of having asthma, and shower pressure&temperature were good at least and we could stay with our doggy daughter only with 5€ so it was OK stay. Most disappointed thing was that there was NO VEGAN MILK despite letting them know I AM A VEGAN at the booking! Normally Best Western in other country did vegan arrange so I was not worry so maybe I should write "please prepare vegan milk for sure".... I'm not a breakfast person anyway but vegan capuccino, so only thing missed was this. Receptionist for check in was a very nice young lady and not bad for check out, so total 3star for my experience🌱

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. By mistake, my friend made a reservation for me through Expedia from October 6–9, 2025, and I also made my own reservation through Hotels.com for the same dates.When I checked in, the receptionist told me there were two reservations under my name. Since I didn’t know my friend had also booked a room for me, I said I only had one reservation. The staff didn’t explain further, and my receipt didn’t show anything unusual, so I assumed it was a simple mistake.On the day of checkout, the same receptionist said I hadn’t paid. I showed my Hotels.com confirmation showing that my stay was prepaid, but she insisted that the hotel hadn’t received payment and made us pay again. After returning home, I contacted Hotels.com and discovered that my friend’s booking through Expedia caused the confusion.If the receptionist had clearly explained on the first day that there were two separate reservations under my name, I could have canceled one right away for the next two nights and avoided losing €107.98(total I paid €161.99 for 3 nights)Because of the hotel’s poor communication and lack of transparency, I ended up paying for nights I didn’t use.This is not an honest or professional way to do business, and it has seriously damaged my trust in this hotel.

No breakfirst

It is an excellent hotel. Worth the value very much and with very helpful and nice front desk staff Deni,Martin and also service staff. Room was comfortable and soundproof. Yes we are next to the trams and close to the train stations but no sound was heard. The breakfast was really good and with plenty of variety! I was expecting something average and my experience surpassed our expectations. Thank you!😊

Lovely helpful staff, good selection at breakfast, fridge in your room, hotel reception sells cans of beer at a reasonable price, room service every day, safe in the bedroom for valuables, two minutes walk to the metro station, I would stay here again.

Room was very nice, comfortable bed, staff where very polite and always helpful, Breakfast was very enjoyable and plenty of variety. There is a tram stop just outside the front door, railway station, metro and bus station a matter of minutes walk away from hotel. The area around the hotel is very rundown. There is a supermarket at the end of the railway station which has a large choice, including cooked chicken, sausages and even burgers. It takes about 30 minutes to walk to the centre of sofia. All in all the stay at the hotel was very enjoyable and great value for money.

好极了，楼下就是公交车站，火车、大巴走路 5 分就在旁边，方便高效！
