Everyone who works here was very responsible her duty and helps me a lot when I was trying to get into the room which I had reserved.

All the necessary items were in place. The mountain view was so nice when I lay in bed, and I could see it like a picture at any time. Hot tub was so good for our family. So clean and Everthing perfect!!!

Loved how everything with the check-in process was automated. The property was clean and true to the listing. It was also nice to get such a large property so that we could all stay together for a girl's weekend. Would definitely check this out again.

Great price, nice and clean. Check-in process was a little bit confusing, but otherwise would highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay here. Great apartment with a well-stocked kitchen setup, and a fantastic location! Only small frustration is that the sofa bed couldn't be extended with the large round coffee table in the room, so we had to lean it up against the kitchen appliances, making the space harder to navigate.

We always love staying with Basecamp suites Canmore . It’s centrally located so when you’re at your home base you can forget you have a car as everything is walking distance from great restaurants , shops and walking trails . It’s a great option for families or groups vacationing together ! Covered parking which is so nice when the weather turns .

We enjoyed our quick stay here, lots of space in this unit for everyone to be comfortable. Loved the big table and communal area. Exterior lights were lined up with windows so rooms were dark and no blackout blinds. Other wise loved the location

Pictures make the room look larger online. Hot tub is very small but cool it is on the roof. Bring a robe and slippers. Definitely bring a small vehicle to park on their property as the stalls are small. Great location as middle of all the action downtown.

Kitchen to cook your food is included. No breakfast included.

It was great! We close to everything

The room was clean and well equipped for our whole family. The location is great, less than 10 minutes walking to many stores. Unfortunately, the washing machine in our unit wasn’t working, but the staff was super friendly and helpful, great and timely communications to help us through the issue. Overall, we had a great stay and would book again next time when we are back to the mountains.

Good value and seemed like a home.

S304 was our room, scuff marks on walls and damaged baseboards. Pots and pans, as well as knives were dented. Unit smelled AWFUL when we arrived. Had to turn on all fans, buy candles and spray air fresheners.

Room Needs some cleaning attention and maintenance. Washing machine was not working, light switches had grubby fingerprints on them, baseboards are swollen and stained and need replaced. Blinds need attention. Kitchen offers great amenities, location is excellent with great mountain views And excellent proximity to restaurants, Shopping and hiking. Staff was easy to communicate with and did their best to accommodate issues. The spa discount only applies to a day spa not the evening session. (At Everwild) Hot tub was not opened when it should be.

Note there are a variety of basecamp properties in Canmore. We were unaware that they were not all in one spot, so did not end up at the same place e as friends. The accommodation provided parking which was nice to have.
