The hot tub was really nice, we enjoyed using it every day we were there! It’s an easy drive to banff from Canmore (about 20-25mins). The suite has all the basics you need, salt/pepper, olive oil spray, pots/pans/dishes. The bathtub was a nice deep soaking tub, and the provided shampoo/conditioner/body wash all smelled amazing. The bed is a bit small, I think it’s a full or maybe a queen. The pull out couch was nice to use while watching tv. It was bigger than the bed.

Très bien placé dans Canmore, beaucoup de restaurants accessible en marchant. Autoroute facilement accessible pour les déplacements vers Banff ou autres activités.

Very clean and nice space. Spacious, king bed was quite nice to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we needed, including pots, cups, bowls and utensils. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap and lotion was very nice quality and great to use.

The property is new, clean and nicely finished. We arrived after hours and it was difficult to reach anyone to sort out an access code as it was not emailed in advance and there is no front desk that is staffed.
We booked the property to take advantage of the hot tub, and it was not open during the posted hours on Saturday morning of a long weekend. Even after 2 calls to the virtual front desk promising a follow up, no follow up was received. Disappointing.

there was another tourist family was rude, they were just passing by the street, at the backside of hotel inn due to lack of parking space they thought we were trying to take their spot., they even called the police and made story that we hit the front of the car parked behind us while reversing. Police proved that we did not do anything to the other car. It was a terrible experience

The property is clean, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Communication with the front is convenient via text.
They informed us in advance, but it was still unfortunate to find the hot tub closed, and the washer in our unit was out of order for winter season trip.
Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation for a family trip.

Place was clean. Communication was quick. However the tv had weak connection and we couldn’t watch tv at all our whole stay cause internet wasn’t working. Also the soundproofing is horrible the guests underneath us were partying very loud and music was loud until 430am. We barely slept.
