An absolute 5-star gem in the Penticton area! We had a wonderful stay at this lovely compound and cannot recommend it enough.The outdoor pool area is fantastic—large, crystal clean, fully fenced for safety, and surrounded by a beautiful patio that is perfect for relaxing. The landscaping across the entire property is absolutely amazing and creates such a peaceful atmosphere.If you are traveling with kids, the morning breakfast is incredibly convenient and takes all the stress out of your AM routine.Everything about this accommodation made our family trip easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Great complex. Rooms and indoor pool area are dated and on old. Could use some updates but all in all a very nice complex with a lovely courtyard and pools. We were only there one night but it would be an excellent place for families to stay.

The room was clean. But when we did get service the plastic bags were not put in the garbage cans.
Also, more staff is needed at breakfast time. During one morning of our stay, there was only one server and on another day there was only two and they were run off their feet. You need more staff.

For a Best Western Hotel i expected at l3ast dbl ply toilet paper, but no it was extremely thin single ply. Shower ready to fall off.

This place is awful and I would never stay here again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone.
The room feels dirty, the bath tub didn’t drain and the tv is in front of the bathroom, not in front of the beds. The beds are worn in and uncomfortable. The indoor pool and hot tub were both dirty and you are not able to turn the jets on in the hot tub. The walls are thin and the property is run down.
After the first night housekeeping came and vacuumed the floor and made the beds, but they didn’t take the used towels or replace them. Housekeeping did not come the rest of the time we were there (3 nights). On our third day we went to the front desk to ask for more towels and they provided us with 2 pool towels and told us there weren’t any other clean ones available and to ask another staff member if we saw someone walking around. I feel they might be short staffed and as a result are frustrated and unfriendly.
We stayed there for 3 nights and in retrospect we should have found somewhere else to stay after the first night. This place was not at all worth the price and not the same standard as other Best Westerns we’ve stayed in.

We found pills under our bed. The staff are very rude. I watched them get upset with a little girl for asking for more milk. The lady said breakfast is closed but it was only 9:38, says breakfast until 10. They double booked our room and after we were already settled into the room they made us leave. All the ladies around were not nice at all. The pool was nice and room is cool

The floors in the room wasn't properly vacuum. There was white icing on carpet in the living room and wasnt properly clean. The room needs a deep clean.

The check-in process is a joke… we had read about others not being able to check-in on time and the same thing happened to us and several others while we were waiting. We waited over 2 hours to get our room! They told us an hour, so we came back and then they said they don’t know how much longer but to come back again in an hour. Finally an hour later it was ready. There were several other groups that had waited with us and still had no ETA on their rooms when we left to our room at 6 PM. this is extremely disappointing when you’ve travelled and paid to check in at 4 PM. The worst part is that the front staff seemed frustrated and rude towards all the guests that were waiting for their rooms. This was a friends choice and because we booked last min, there were no other options. Well let me tell you, never again!! Unless you want the feel and treatment of a cheap motel, do not stay here. The place is not kept well, the staff are beyond rude and the breakfast was absolutely not to par for the price paid. Will never stay here again.

Our room was outdated but clean! The tub was clogged and backed up after used and the toilet needed a few flushes to go down (called the front desk and the finally came to look at it late the next day). The key cards did not work properly, we had to take them back a few times to reactivate, only to figure out they only worked on one side...
The stairs up to the second floor were pretty outdated and a bit scary looking.
Honestly could get past this, great pools, beautiful gathering area for families! BBQs, can enjoy a glass of wine outside with family and eat at tables!
Worst part, got up to 39 outside.... Air conditioner didn't work great for a few nights and then the last night stopped working all together. Front desk person came up and restarted... But I didn't work. Ask for a room with a new AC unit if booking!
An overall ok motel (yes motel!), but a lot of odd rules... Breakfast ok, but small area with a ton of people, get there early!

Booked. 2 nights at 360 a night check in was supposed to be 4:00 didn’t get in till 5:00 to find an old dirty room with blood on the curtain. They had no other rooms so we left. Hoping I get refunded

If I could give this room less than zero stars, I would. The room was awful, and so was the “view.” We were promised a room with a view, but instead our window looked directly at a white wall. There was absolutely nothing to see except a blank wall a few feet away, which made the room feel dark and enclosed.
To make matters worse, there was hair in the bathtub when we arrived, and garbage bags were left sitting outside our room. The room was dirty, misleading, and a huge disappointment. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
I ended up leaving after 1 night and staying somewhere else. Staff also not helpful. Was told i wouldn’t receive room service until the second day, even though the room was dirty upon check in

Dated, overpriced for the place, needs maintenance, breakfast consisted of canned items and no fresh food, place needed significant maintenance. Concrete cracked, rust, not very well maintained.
