Paid over a thousand to stay for 2 nights and u cant even get a morning coffee downstairs with out paying for it. Yes thay have coffee in the room but its only 1 single serve. Room smelt bad. Windows suck u can hear everything outside

Brief stay so didn’t use amenities. Clean spacious rooms. Stayed in south tower. Room did not have a microwave which was disappointing. Sink is an across hall from bathroom which was a little inconvenient but minor issue - just weird layout. Overall good place to stay.

Super convenient location! Good size rooms with large windows overlooking the city. But TV wasn't working properly and bathrooms lights were dim and sterile-like.

This property is in need of a facelift… The room had a sink that was outside the bathroom and no sink inside the bathroom… The bathroom smelled like mildew… The bathtub was stained by all the use over the years with black next to the drain… Parking is $54 a night plus tax which brings it over $60 a night to park which is absolutely outrageous… Oh, and it took 30 minutes to get my car… Look for a different hotel in Toronto… Hey, we thought that courtyard by Marriott was a quality hotel stay… Not anymore

Staff was excellent. We had a problem with the HVAC, but it was fixed within minutes of contacting maintenance. One extremely minor complaint. - the elevator doors close too quickly. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great. The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. They acknowledged everyone coming and going. Lots of people celebrating World Cup, so they were extra busy, but still gave you personal attention.
