Friendly staff. Check in was a breeze. Nice little bistro. Cleaning staff were great. This is my second time staying here and I would definitely stay again. Location is amazing and walking distance to everything

It was okay for a weekend stay. The room had a slightly damp smell. Parking at the hotel was expensive but at least there are cheaper options nearby.

We were there for a concert and stayed only one night. The bar was closed by the time we returned from the concert at 12:45 am. We would have liked complimentary breakfast. Valet parking was great. Check-in was good too. Security was excellent. Not far from subway.

Would love to rate higher but due to renovations we had to walk to the back of the property to enter. Otherwise it was clean and comfortable. Pillows were below average and comments about no feather pillows at booking were not addressed. Bed was comfortable. Got a very good night sleep. We did not use any of the amenities during our stay. We would stay there again.

Location was wonderful, close to everything. The rooms were clean but had an odor. Seems like the room wasn’t used often. For some reason, There was only one elevator that went to the 16th floor. The breakfast was excellent as well as the staff. Customer service was excellent. The hotel should invest in better towels. They were very rough on the skin.
