Location was wonderful, close to everything. The rooms were clean but had an odor. Seems like the room wasn’t used often. For some reason, There was only one elevator that went to the 16th floor. The breakfast was excellent as well as the staff. Customer service was excellent. The hotel should invest in better towels. They were very rough on the skin.

Valet parking only, 56 CAD a day with in/out privileges. Hotel has a great location near many shops, restaurants, and public transportation options. The room was decent size, but smelled damp due to there not being a vent fan for bathroom moisture. Also the tile from the door toward the carpeted area caused sounds from the hall to echo through the room. Bring earplugs and a face mask. Bed had a well worn in mattress that could probably do with a flip.

Just what I needed for a combined work and social trip. Walking distance to nearly anything downtown (I like walking) or steps to the subway if preferred. Clean, updated. Bistro food was surprisingly good. Recommend.
