Staff was very courteous

the fridge wasn't cold enough the drain in the bathroom sink didn't drain properly there was a stain on the extra blanket the bathroom was Very small the counter top surface between the beds was sticky (had not been wiped down)

My partner and I spontaneously stayed overnight here and the front desk staff that checked us in were very friendly, welcoming and patient with us as we sorted out a minor payment issue on our end. The room was very clean and comfortable as well.

Room very clean..was quiet and staff very friendly. Will definetly come back again! Very pleased.

Holiday inn has always been a favourite Sudbury hotel bc they USED to have in room movie rentals....USED to have room service and now they barely have cable? The room attendants are amazing & work really hard despite some lady following them around. The beds are the best.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn in Sudbury was disappointing overall, especially after a long day of travel. We were placed on the 4th floor and unfortunately the elevator was out of service. After several hours on the road, having to carry luggage up four flights of stairs was not ideal and no assistance or alternatives were offered. The sports and fitness facilities were also closed due to maintenance, which was another letdown. We had prepaid for breakfast when booking the room, and it was quite poor. The sausage was dried out, the French toast was very cold, and the bacon looked great (we barely ate anything), the overall quality wasn’t worth the extra cost. The manager working in the dining room came across as aggressive, directing guests to sit where he wanted them rather than allowing choice, which made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service throughout our stay was subpar. Despite multiple inconveniences, nothing was offered to acknowledge or make up for the issues. With better communication, friendlier service, and attention to guest experience, this hotel could improve significantly. We love staying at Holiday Inns because they seem to be consistent with high standards of customer service… this one missed to boat bigtime!

Great stay. Just an overnighter, but everything was ++. The breakfast was delicious and service was top notch.

Quiet and clean room.

I booked the room one day early by mistake (I used the wrong date). I called within minutes of making the error but there was no empathy for my dilemma. Despite me not showing up or using the facilities, I was charged in full.

Great service - a last minute booking due to a mixup in our travel plans and they still managed to get us three rooms side by side while hosting MANY young hockey families for a tournament that was happening. All the people at front desk were so friendly and smiling during a busy weekend with a snowstorm to boot! Oh and also - real comfy beds!

All is well! Nice room. Been studying since I got here so haven't really 'explored' much else.
