Holiday Inn SUDBURY

The bed had a huge dip in it. There was discarded food in the hallway when we checked in at 3pm. It was still there the next morning at 730am when i went out for breakfast. I didnt have my phone for a photo, but there were bugs all over it. When i came back 45mins later it was finally picked up after nearly 17 hours. And to top it all off, when we checked out, i provided my room keys, she checked the paper work and said nothing at all, other than, youre good to go. No thanks for staying withbus, how was your stay, nothing. Terrible customer service. This was our go to destination when visiting Sudbury. At least 4 times a year. This will be our last time. You figure for 315 dollars a night you could expect a certain level of customer service, cleanliness and a comfortable bed

hockey season... adults drinking in the hallways, kids running around all night... it was insane but overall a good nice bed to sleep in... just wish I got some sleep

The room was ok. The beds were smaller than queen size. The front entrance was full of grit and winter grunge but the manager and staff were just talking and chatting amongst themselves when any one of them could have been on the broom and mop.

The staff were friendly, room was clean and spacious. Would stay there again. We also enjoyed a wonderful meal at the bar.

Bathroom is super small. Toilet and sink didn't drain properly. Door didn't shut properly in room. Average cleanliness. It wasn't horrible but it also wasn't great.

The noise after 1am, when quiet time is 10pm. Then staff knocked on the door at 9am, when the do not disturb sign was hung.

The room was clean and well appointed. The staff at reception seemed rather subdued but not impolite. I travel a great deal and I am used to a more enthusiastic reception.

Great spot

I have been staying multiple time per year at this hotel, the maintenance and cleanliness of the place seems to be in decline since a coupke of years, I hve seen better clean up, the current room that I am in has a sink that is 95% block, there is no way that the room cleaner do kot notice it just wont drain, also the drawers wont stay closed. The blinds do kot close well, this hotel is due for some love and would ve vetter with more attention to the details from the room cleabibg crew, many small things in many rooms are easy fixes.

Staff need to be more friendly. Not a single smile front from front desk during check in or check out.

the fridge wasn't cold enough the drain in the bathroom sink didn't drain properly there was a stain on the extra blanket the bathroom was Very small the counter top surface between the beds was sticky (had not been wiped down)
