예약할려구 했던 호텔이 예약되지 않아 캐나다 여행중 급하게 예약했던 곳인데 시설도 깨끗하고 침구류도 고급스럽고 편안했으며 주방기구도 잘 구비되어 이틀동안 지내면서 너무 좋았습니다 주변 가까운곳에 마트도 한인식당도 있어 다음에 몬트리올에 여행온다면 다시 찿고싶은 곳입니다

There is no room service or cleaning service. There is no one at the reception. Also the apartment floors were very dirty and slippery. The apartment has strong and pungent smell of cigarettes. No culinary to cook. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

Comfortable space to feel like home away from home.

Nous avons fait la réservation à 5 heures et ensuite ils m'ont dit que je devais faire le check-in à 4 heures, nous sommes arrivés et il n'y avait personne à la réception, et ils disent que la réception est 24h ce qui est un mensonge car personne ne nous a reçus, le code de sécurité pour la porte était le mauvais et donc nous n'avons pas pu entrer dans la chambre, nous avons dû chercher un autre endroit, j'ai composé le téléphone plusieurs fois et personne n'a répondu, parce que je ne pouvais pas entrer je n'ai pas pu faire le check-out, ceci sans remboursement, une arnaque. Hicimos la reservación a las 5 y luego me decían que tenía que hacerla el check-in a las 4, llegamos y no había nadie en recepción, y dicen que la recepción es 24h lo cual es mentira porque nadie nos recibió, el código de seguridad para la puerta era la incorrecta y por ello no pudimos entrar a la habitación, tuvimos que buscar otro lugar, marqué al teléfono varias veces y nadie respondía, debido a que no pude entrar tampoco pude hacer el check-out, esto sin rembolso, una estafa.

Juste regarder les photos de la chambre et non les photos de l’immeuble. J’ai réservé en pensant avoir un balcon et une table de pool mais cela était dans un autre unité

I have a formal complaint ready to go for the Régie du bâtiment about this place the lack of handrails is illegal. Plus, we were treated unfairly. I rented a unit for one week, as I accompanied my 86 year old mother. The location was very practical for her. She cannot travel alone and so came along to help her. The building has no elevator which was unfortunate, but in no way unusual. Our unit was on the second floor. However, there are no railings on the stairs, which means that I had to keep adjusting my schedule so that I could be there every time she used the stairs. Access to upper floors is non-existent for the elderly. On day two, I asked about an available unit on the main floor. I paid extra money (it was larger). An hour later, as I was preparing to move our stuff, I found out that – despite being VERY CLEAR about my mom’s situation – it was a 3-floor unit with no access to a bathroom without using stairs, and still no railings! We decided that the upper unit was preferable in the end, and they refused to give back the extra sum, claiming that we should have visited the unit first – an extraordinarily petty act since this was all done within a few hours. I come from a family of lawyers and judges, they will be also getting a copy of my complaint to the Régie. The building is not up to code. They are operating this building in contravention of bylaws. I have photographic evidence. Would not recommend.

L’endroit est exceptionnel au centre du Mile land, je pense qu’on peut pas trouver mieux. Le tout est spacieux propre et à proximité du centre-ville, il faudrait juste trouver quelque chose pour le stationnement des véhicules de ceux qui habitent pas la ville de Montréal. Bref j’adore.😘

Clean room, good area friendly staff

Nous avons été très déçue par le lit principale qui était deux lits simples collés. Pas très confortable pour un couple.

Spacious and well appointed

First this hotel is not worth it, their staff are terrible and unfriendly. You will climb the stairs with your luggage and the worst is that we had power outage and when I called after 2 hours, I was told that it was a city issue and that I should complain to the city. I then decided to check out (this was now like 4 hours of no power) and they still have the gut to say they will not refund. So they are a BIG FRAUD.

I stayed at this property for one night and had a disappointing experience. The staff were unprofessional, and the front desk staff were drinking alcohol in front of customers. The bedding was dirty and appeared not to have been changed, and some of the utensils were not cleaned properly. The surrounding area felt unsafe due to people using drugs on the street nearby. Lastly, there was no parking available at the property, and we had a difficult time finding parking at night.

Terrible place

Not nearly as nice as advertised. Linens and furniture had stains. Condition - shabby is the best word.

Efficient minimalist approach: no bedside lamp or table in second bedroom; access to balcony/patio; all basics available like left luggage.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Moldy mattress, stained towels, sheets, couches, chairs. Would not replace mattress and even the replacement towels were stained and raggedy. Unclean, unsafe, uninhabitable conditions. Would not give refund.

Staff need to be friendly need to learn customer service

Worst hotel I have ever experienced. No support from hotel and expedia . Expedia do not care for customer.

Parking not really convenient. The rest is acceptable

Dirty linen and towels. No elevator had to walk up dirty staircase with luggage, 3 flights.
