This property is self-serve, with coded access. The host is attentive and responsive, and everything you need is taken care of. The property is attached to a fabulous bar as well as a super cool coffee shop. The location is perfect, and everything is walkable. The room is well-appointed, very clean and has everything we needed.

Great value and the location is perfect. Right on the river in the heart of Stratford. Highly recommend

The location was very central and the room was clean and unique. It was small, but it had everything we needed, and it was affordable.

This hotel is a great find. Wonderful location right downtown, we were able to walk to the Festival theatre is about 20 minutes, walk to restaurants, etc. We are lucky to get a parking spot right behind the building. We also appreciated the in-room coffee. We stayed in the "Mini" suite, which was larger than expected and had everything we needed. Bonus to be right next to the river and great beer bottle shop!

What a great place to stay in Stratford! Very clean, great location and such a great apartment (the River Suite), even has a PacMan machine and my wife and I were teens in the 1980’s! Will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful apartment fully outfitted. A perfect place to stay while absorbing what Stratford has to offer. I will plan to make it my base whenever I’m here.

Location, location, location!

Loved the location. Loved the coffee shop and bar with unique cocktails. Stylish, clean room with plenty of toilet paper :-) and towels, however, we didn’t have shampoo. Bed was a little too soft for our liking. Our room the Courtside was right by the door to enter or exit the property and hearing it slam while sleeping wasn’t great.

I was at this Inn for one night only and I will certainly be going back! Very clear instructions to self check-in. Felt safe and connected to the downtown. The room had everything I could need and I really enjoyed the extra step that was taken in these rooms. Reading lights above the bed, makeup removing towels, umbrellas in case it rained. Just so well thought out, I was sad to leave.

It was a beautiful hotel in the heart of wonderful Stratford. It's just a small thing, but there was very little ice in the freezer. But, overall a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and cozy place to stay

Suite spacious. Functionally well designed. Staff congenial and most helpful. Convenient parking and access to many superb local restaurants, cafes, bars, bistros, within walking distance. Less than one block from river edge sidewalk path along which pleasant walk to Stratford’s two main theatre complexes. We’ll be recommending highly to family and friends. Hopefully having opportunity to return ourselves.

An excellent inn in a beautiful and convenient location! Located right next to the river, it's easy to move around and enjoy the best of the town. We loved the attached coffee shop and the bakery downstairs! The owner was extremely friendly and made sure we had an easy check in even though Expedia was down that day.

We had a wonderful experience at the Perth County Inn. Staff were helpful. Great location. We could walk everywhere. I have mobility concerns and they had assured me that we would be given a room that was accessible and it was on the main floor near the main entrance. We'll definitely be back.

We booked on Expedia for a 1 night stay. We do everything by email. You never get to talk to anyone. They send the code to get in 3 hours before check in. You punch the code outside of the building. The room had a superhero theme hero theme. There was a big superhero appliqué on the wall. A spider man appliqué in the bathroom, Wonder Woman appliqué over the bed, Wonder Woman shower curtain, comic books. The blue, orange, red tiles in the bathroom were a nice touch and the huge walk in shower. I like the view of the water from the window. And you can open the window to get fresh air. I like the above bed ceiling fan. I did not like the tv settings. We just kept it on one channel. It was hard to figure out. The sink in the bedroom felt strange. I prefer the sink in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough. I like that you can walk into a bar or coffee shop. We got drinks at the relic bar. It’s a nice atmosphere, like a speak easy. This inn is located right in downtown Stratford. We didn’t get to park in the 4 spots in front of the building. We had to walk 5 minutes away. You will see the name of the inn and its designated spots.

The room was very clean, beautifully decorated with everything needed to make for a very comfortable at home feel.
