Lovely boutique hotel property. Expect to hear some sounds from the hallways and other rooms as this is a renovated old building with exposed brick walls etc. Wonderful area and very easy self check in process.

Huge rooms, fully equipped like a home with all items you may need, incredible rooms with gorgeous views outside. Lovely location. The one downside is parking. If you aren't lucky enough to get assigned spot right outside, there is a bit of a walk to the hotel's other spots, especially in the rain.

Absolutely Charming Stay in Stratford! I recently stayed in the new Cottage Room at the Perth County Inn, and it was pure delight from start to finish. The space feels like a peaceful retreat — beautifully decorated in cozy cottage style with thoughtful touches everywhere. The full kitchen and spacious bath made it feel like a home away from home, while the river view added a touch of magic — especially in the morning light! It’s just minutes from all the theatres, yet tucked away enough to offer complete peace and quiet after the show. Whether you’re visiting Stratford for theatre, relaxation, or a romantic getaway, this is truly a perfect spot. I can’t wait to come back!

Check in was easy, host was responsive and provided detailed and helpful instructions. Location was ideal, with parking included. Room decor was cool and amenities were great

Beautiful accommodations, and proximity to Stratford downtown, and the festival theatres was excellent. Clean, warm, comfortable and a great view of the river. The owner was very communicative and gave some great recommendations

Everything about this stay was perfect!!! I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Stratford.

Parking area was a block and a half away. It appeared to be a safe area. The owner was welcoming.
