숙소 직원의 친절한 안내와 서비스는 좋았다.숙소의 침구의 상태도 좋았고 주방의 식기들도 깨끗했다.샤워실의 온수상태와 수압도 만족스러웠다. 그런데 밤에 다른 방에서 떠드는 소리가 너무 시끄러워 잠을 설쳤다.새벽 2시까지 많은 사람들이 한 방에서 떠드는데 아무런 조치가 없어서 불편했다. 방음만의 문제는 아닐듯.

For a single night, this was a very affordable and economical stay though the room was very dated and showing signs of its age.

The location is amazing. The staff are great. Can’t beat the price. The floors just need to be cleaner. I’ve stayed twice and both times the floors have been pretty bad.

Parking was easy. It was a bit dirty but it’s cheaply priced.

For the price point, this was anexcellent stay. Location was fabulous right on the waterfront. Parking was great. There was no noise day or night that was disturbing. The rooms were dated, but that was fine with us. The linens were very nice on the bed. The towels were clean, but some were kind of stained. One bathroom was really clean but the bathtub needed a deep clean with a bit of bleach, as there was a little bit of mould on the tiles and grout. Overall, a great stay for the price.

Needs some improvements

After hours access/check-in gave us quick and easy to room. The room interior could use a refresh on some elements.

I was very tired when I arived. The staff was friendly and accomidating. I pretty much fell asleep as soon as I unpacked and slept very well

Very disappointed with the poor customer service from Expedia… I was thanked for my long time Silver level standing but yet they were not accommodating to my requests.

filthy dirty. an empty bullet casing under the bed. beat up truck parked sideways. about 4 feet from the entrance. completely miss leading photos of the room. will not stay there again

This was my second year staying here while in town for a trade show. Last year was great, no complaints, but this year there were definitely some glitches with the stay. Hot water didn’t work the first evening/morning, the mattress had a well worn divot in the middle, (enough that my wife and I kept rolling into it like a hotdog bun), and there was a domestic disturbance on the second evening at 2am that involved several police cars and screaming for close to an hour. …now that being said, the last thing wasn’t the fault of the staff, and the gentleman at the front counter was lovely and worked to remedy the hot water issue. Definitely some wear and tear items that need to be addressed though. I’ll likely book again next year for the same event, and we’ll see how it goes. I’ll decide future stays after that based on progress made.

Room was small but comfortable. Beach acces was fantastic with chairs and towels provided. Breakfast was an added bonus.
