Smell!

The room was updated which was nice, but the window looks down onto the eating/banquet area which felt weird to me. The pillows were terrible and flat. Breakfast was also not super great. Bread was available, but the toaster was broken. Eggs were funny texture, bacon not so bad though and the fresh cantaloupe and melon was nice. Location was convenient, right off the highway.

The room and hallways are old with paper coming of the walls, broken trim, and very worn carpets. The room was clean and the staff friendly and accommodating.

The staffs were great and accommodating. The place close to the mall and casino if you're looking for something to do. The breakfast is so so..

A good stay for what I needed

The most disgusting hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Room smelled like a combination of mold and cat urine. The bathroom was full of black mold with filth in the corners. Wall paper was falled off in the bathroom. Beds are rock hard, pillows need replacing and why there was a $150 deposit for a hotel with no amenities I am sure I will never know. 0/10 do not recommend!

Room is generally clean. Hotel is starting to show it's age. Convenient location for early morning flights out of YYZ

AC is ok. Staff were not welcoming. Due to family funeral, needed to cancel a day or two of our stay. When asked for help, the front desk clerk was very rude stating the “ don’t asked me, you booked your trip with Expedia” you should call them to cancel, it’s not my business. Wow! When called Expedia, again the staff were not efficient and it took a long time to get it done . Finally it was done. The breakfast was also very poor!

Clean room, pleasant staff, free parking

Not enough outlets especially near bed for those of us that use a CPAP. Not all outlets worked that were there either, also no thermostat in the room and was an interior room with no window. Not stated as such at time of booking

I've stayed in some very underwhelming places, and while this could be added to that list, it's also not nearly the worst. I didn't see evidence of bedbugs, mice, or mold - which is definitely a positive. However, the room we stayed in was run down, and not as clean as it should have been. The bathroom was probably the cleanest part, which is not nothing. But dust, etc was visibly accumulating in the corners/edges of the carpet. The duvet didn't actually have a cover, it was just between two flat sheets, which was kind of strange. At least one of the pillows on the bed was the size of a throw pillow - not a bed/sleeping pillow. All that said, this place was cheaper - significantly! - than the alternative. Because I had an event in the area, it made sense. If there had been more options, I would probably have opted for one of those. But this was also fine, just not great.

Lots of free parking spots, but they fill up when there are big events. Free breakfast was nice. Room was clean. Staff was all very friendly.

There was extremely loud music playing til 1am that could be heard very loudly from our room, staff were nice

Run down, fine for one night. Not mentioned that interior rooms have a window looking down into the dining room, not outside. Shower was rough as well.

The room cleanliness could have been better. Unsure if room wasn’t used for a while, as there was dust on surfaces and cubbies. There also was residue from soap or cleaning products on the shower walls and tub, as well as spots on the mirror.
