We arrived at noon, three hours before check in and were able to have our room immediately. Woman checking us in was very friendly and quick. Room was clean and cool. Breakfast is included and was very good, eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, waffles, hash browns and juice. Definitely will return

We always stay here when needing to go to Toronto. Many reasons. Staff is courteous, rooms are clean. Parking is plentiful and a very good breakfast . Price is very reasonable too.

The man at the front desk was amazing and the gentleman who was the maintenance man was absolutely a pleasure. The the room was not what the pictures showed and the air conditioner did not work and then they moved me to another room and it also had very poor air. That was the only problem. When your pictures on the wed site show one thing and the room you get is totally something else. Thank you Kim

The carpets in the hallway were dirty needs a good shampoo. The room was ok. There was dents in the wall a damaged lampshade. No remote for the TV I had to go to the front desk to get one only to find out that I had to know the make of the tv. So I had to head back to the room to go to the front desk again. The air conditioner had a remote that's not working with the unit. The toilet had a ugly stain in it. The showerhead 🚿 is falling out the wall. The fridge had parts missing. My deposit at check in (cash)wasn't available at check out had to wait an half hour. I could go on .............
