시설 화려하고 청결합니다. 부부, 연인끼리 가면 좋을 듯. 숙박비도 중국 치곤 비싸지만 한국인 기준에서 아주 부담되지는 않는 가격. Ifs센터와 가까워서 공항 오가기도 편리하고 근처에 식당도 많아 편리합니다.

위치는 좋습니다. 하지만 너무 중심가이다보니 로컬 음식을 먹으려면 좀 멀어요. 호텔 입구는 1층인데 로비는 15층입니다. 객실을 가려면 15층에서 내려서 엘리베이터를 갈아타야합니다. 불편합니다. 객실은 스위트룸이었고. 창문이 넓게있어서 뷰가 매우좋았습니다. 하지만 티비에는 한국채널이 하나도 없었고, 와이파이 속도는 빨랐지만 네이버와 다음이 막혀있었으며, 수압이 매우 약했습니다. 스위트룸이라 라운지에서 조식을 먹었는데 부실합니다. 비위가 좋은편인데 오믈렛은 이상한 냄새가 나서 안먹었어요.

Breakfast restaurant staff (Joe) was visibly frustrated at work, scolded her staff and threw food item (pack of frozen stuff) on the table in presence of customers. Yogurt drinks were expired as well (we checked and were fortunate to avoid drinking).

The location is great, but the room seems very small compared the same size room we had in Shanghai

Got connecting rooms as requested. Hotel is nice, staff is trying, however some aspects were not great (wrong direction given, medical support for food poisoning was lacklustre.

Excellent experience

We have spent 3D2N and have enjoyed the Christmas Eve dinner buffet there. Their staff was putting effort in cheering everyone up during the dinner buffet and I believed other guests also had a wonderful night like me! Yet, their staff should have taken away empty plates during breakfast/dinner buffet more frequently.

We stayed an extra night so Expedia is asking me twice to leave a review so please see my previous review that says this is a fantastic fantastic place in the middle of everything with beautiful rooms and facilities and just enjoyed a visit for a good price.

Coming from california, we needed a place to stay that was close to the center of town and all the activities and shops and food stalls just to experience the life of the city. I do not speak in Chinese but my companion did which was really really important because even at this great great five star hotel not everyone is necessarily trained for International travelers by speaking english. However everyone did their best, fantastic job to make sure our stay was wonderful and I would happily stay in this fantastic five-star hotel again especially considering the price in comparison to hotels in California.

The Grand Hyatt is next a large shopping area, is very convenient to transportation, is well maintained, has a very friendly staff, and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Great location near Chunxi Road and the metro, lots of shopping and food options. The club access is also very convenient with great food options. The staff for both check in and in the restaurant are all very friendly and helpful. My room even had a view of the IFS panda 🐼 can’t fault this hotel, will definitely stay again.

I'm so glad I chose to stay at this hotel. Excellent on every single aspect and I honestly can't really think of anything negative. Room is very clean and cosy and has a great view of the main road and IFS. Staffs are super friendly, professional and responsive. Breakfast and the lounge happy hour awesome!!! If I ever come to Chengdu again (I definitely will it's such a great city!), I will for sure stay at Grant Hyatt Chengdu again!

Best hotel in Chengdu. This hotel totally sold me on Hyatt and I cannot justify staying at Marriott properties anymore. Marriott has taken their eye off customer service and it shows. Grand Hyatt offers luxury hotel experience and simply the best breakfast buffet experience in China.
