really nice hotel with reasonable price. Brand new and the riverside view was amazing. really recommend

좀 오래된 호텔 같지만 뷰가 매우 좋습니다.

뷰가 굉장히 좋았습니다

Hotels.com을 이용하면서 이런 호텔은 처음 접해 봅니다. 1) 거래처 직원들과 방을 4개 예약했는데 우선 방 위치가 3층 2개 ( 엘리베이터에서 4~50m 떨어진곳 )과 5층 1개, 6층 1개 (둘 다 엘리비이터에서 4~50m 떨어진) 구석진곳으로 배정해 주고 2) Hitton Hotel 체인이라는게 믿어지지않게 좁은 방과 쾌쾌한 냄새와 곰팡이 썩는 냄새가 나는 불쾌함. 3) 밤새도록 옆방에서는 중국인 취객이 고성방가를 해도 조치를 취하지 않고, 전화를 해서 메니져에게 시정 조치를 할것을 요구해도 아무런 조치가 없어 뜬눈으로 밤잠을 자지 못함. 4) 호텔 위치도 외진 2차선 길을 한참이나 들어가 아파트단지 주변에 위치해있어 교통도 불편함. 이런 이유로 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하자 않을것입니다.

다른 것은 다 좋은데 주위에 아무것도 없어 조금 나가야 됩니다.

스튜디오 룸을 3박 예약했는데 호텔즈 닷컴 예약 페이지에 올라와 있는 객실과 전혀 다른 방을 주어 스튜디오가 맞냐고 직원에게 확인했더니 맞다고 해서 그냥 숙박하기는 했지만 예약페이지에 실제와 전혀 다른 사진을 올려 놓고 고객을 기만하는 것 같아 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 단순 실수일 수도 있으나 힐튼 같은 유명 호텔에서 낚시 영업으로 오해 받을 수 있는 이런 행위를 한다는 것이 이해되지 않았습니다.

객실은 깨끗하고, 편안했습니다. cost performance good.

Our company recently stayed at the China Hilton Nanjing Hotel during a overseas business trip to China with staff. Our satisfied most of time. but only problem is respond attitude of staffs about client's complaint. Before leaving the country, When we requested the Pick-up service through the call, we reserved your service with talking you that entry date and leaving date and heard that "Pick-up service around fee" is 700yuan from your hotel. However, We noticed that total price is 1400yuan when we checked out. In consequence of inquire at the front, When we checked out, you answered that Around service is to depart from the airport and again to pick up. This generally base on the custom when dealing with this work. Moreover, we tried to cancle your service but you said that it is impossible. We think that we can cancle the not yet departing car. The claim by the hotel is too one-sided about cancling the service. We can enough go to the hotel by taxi, only 140yuan, In consequence of searching for the transportation. We used to use your service with the purpose of business trip quite often. But We get disappointed because of what is happened.

I liked this hotel very much

I recently took my 8th-grade son to China for the first time, and we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. From check-in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a beautiful river view. I highly recommend choosing a river view room—it’s slightly more expensive, but the view from the balcony is incredible and worth it. The room was cleaned daily, and we were very comfortable throughout our stay. I really enjoyed the hotel food, especially the traditional Chinese dishes. My son is a picky eater and didn’t care much for local cuisine, but we were both happy with the breakfast buffet. It offered a nice mix of Chinese and Western choices. I didn’t include breakfast when booking through Expedia, but I plan to next time. A big reason I picked this hotel was for the gym. My son plays basketball and baseball back home, and having a gym was important to him. He really liked the gym setup and also spent time enjoying the pool. The hotel’s facilities overall were excellent for both of us. The only downside was the lack of laundry services. Unlike other hotels in Shanghai that offer washers and dryers, this one didn’t. I had to take a 20-minute taxi ride to find a laundry spot, which was a little inconvenient. Overall, we had a great stay and will definitely return on our next trip. The location, service, and amenities made it a memorable experience.

我們半夜十二時多才抵達酒店，櫃台人員很親切，非常謝謝她。但是，進了房間後，發現電視架的桌面有好幾處黏黏的液體殘留，可能是前一組客人的飲料留下來，而清潔人員沒有徹底擦拭乾淨。雖然，我們第二天一大早就退房了，並不礙事。但，畢竟是五星級國際品牌的酒店，這樣的清潔度實在有待加強。不過，退房時，我向櫃檯反應。櫃檯小姐態度非常好，並向我道歉，強調會反映。還是值得嘉奬的。
