객실 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 야경도 좋고 다좋았어요.다만 수압이 약한게 한가지 흠이었다

규모는 작지만 정말 훌륭한 호텔! 다만 베이징로와는 생각보다 멀고 wifi는 거의 안된다고 보면 됨!

Amazing hotel, it’s actually part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World! I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my Guangzhou trip, the room was spacious and clean, and it’s conveniently situated at the end of Beijing Road so walking over was easy. There’s also a delicious Chaoshan eatery 4 mins walk from the hotel that I was blown away with. I know some people complained about the trees blocking the river view, but I didn’t mind it too much and thought the trees provided a nice shade and coziness to the overall feel. I would definitely go back!

Habitación diseño muy viejo, la zona donde está ubicado es también una zona poco atractiva para turismo. Y pues de hotel boutique, solo es por lo pequeño del hotel. Lo bueno es la cafetera de nespresso en la habitación y muy buen aire acondicionado, tomando en cuenta que hace mucho calor en la ciudad.

A beautiful hotel, the room was well equipped with fresh towels, bed linen, slippers, bath robes, shower gel, shampoo, disposable shower cap, toothbrush, comb, coffee machine, drinking water, kettle, cups, drinking glasses The staff were very helpful and outstandingly accommodating. We had arranged one of our suitcases to be stored with the hotel for over a week prior to checking into their hotel, they accommodated without any hesitations. We also had a parcel delivered to the hotel for us, the hotel accepted it and stored in a safe place for us The location of the hotel is opposite to the Pearl River and surrounded by many restaurants and transport was easy to access Overall a wonderful stay, we would definitely go back there

Old hotel in a good location. Stayed at 2nd floor, noisy at night and having difficulty sleeping. Limited choices in hotel breakfast

Quality bradkfast.

Everything is excellent but it is not a 2 mins away from Beijing Road Pedestrian Street as indicated. It’s about 15 mins walk

Love this boutique hotel in Guangzhou. Great location close to everything. Friendly staff and the room is nice and clean.

Ottima posizione sul fiume,le camere sono molto belle...e ben rapportate al costo pagato...letti molto comodi cosi' come i cuscini....intorno molti ristoranti,personale gentilissimo,unica pecca la Reception non e' consona al resto della struttura...ah dimentiocavo...il Bar al ROOF TOP Indimenticabile !! ci tornero'...

The room is spacious, clean, and up to date. The bed and pillows are clean and comfortable. Staffs at the front desk and in the restaurant are very professional, polite and accommodating. A little five stars gem.

Great stay, beautiful little hotel, price was excellent and had a great view of the river, 15 mins walk to beijing street for shopping, river cruise 5 min walk, great stay

Staff were very friendly

The room is very nice and clean. We have a balcony room look into the pier. We loved. Reception staff speak english an very nice and a lot of courtesy. A lot of thanks to a young lady , her name is Ellie in reception helped me to book a car to go to Shenzhen because we have a lot of luggages. She telephoned to make sure luggages fit in th car. Strongly recommend this hotel

Right off the bat, I want to acknowledge that the rest of the staff team across housekeeping and other touchpoints were helpful, polite, and courteous. Unfortunately, one particular counter staff member significantly undermined the entire experience. Upon arrival, we were told rather curtly that only 1 out of our 3 rooms was ready, despite the fact that we were already more than an hour past the official check-in time. No estimated waiting time was given, and we were left sitting around aimlessly. When asked for clarification, the staff member cited a late check-out due to an event. That explanation does not justify making paying guests wait indefinitely. After another 15 minutes, we asked again and were given the same response. Only after I pushed back did the staff suddenly offer alternative rooms that were already available. It was baffling that this option existed all along but was only presented after nearly an hour of unnecessary waiting. To add insult to injury, the hotel had emailed us in advance requesting our estimated arrival time. We arrived approximately one hour later than planned due to a flight delay and yet the rooms were still not ready. This points to weak operational planning and poor guest handling at the front desk.

Overall tidy and clean. However seating is bit vanished and with marks, the edges of the bathtub also not very clean. My room is on 6th floor with a nice view, love the sunshine getting through the window with the peal river view. The mini fridge however is terrible, it's not installed firmly and shaking, so it's not suitable to put in anything at all. Overall i am happy with my stay considering the rooms size , the view and the price of it. ( Roofttop bar is absolutely a plu if you like a drink with the night river view )
