2호선 난징서역에서 걸어서 10분. 주변에 대형몰. 식당. 핫플 많지만 호텔위치는 조용하고 한적한 느낌. 턴다운서비스 열심히 해주셔서 아주 청결하고 편안함

It was very clean and friendly and well organized. Especially the bathroom facility is well designed. Water pressure perfect. Great location.

Very good impression with check-in service. The room is quite bigger than other hotels. The standard room is big enough to stay for 3 persons. The king bed was the biggest I’ve ever seen. The hygiene is outstanding. Everything is new & clean. The gym is not big but the equipments are quite new and very well organized. The swimming pool is not big but also very clean and well managed. Their changing room is excellent. Very big and the sauna & steam room are outstanding. I want to revisit this hotel for the sauna. The breakfast is disappointing. Very few choices.. hope it gets better. Only one unsatisfied thing in this great hotel. Thanks for making us a wonderful staycation experience. (I emailed that it’s our wedding anniversary staycation and the hotel prepared us for beautiful balloons, cake, fruits and handwritten card. Thanks a lot!)

주위 편의 시설, 교통, 청결, 편안함, 디자인까지 모두 좋았습니다. 특히 침대가 정말 편안했고, 새로 지어진지 얼마 되지 않아 모든게 최신식으로 좋았습니다 다음에 상해에 또 가게 되면 또 머무르고 싶습니다

나홀로 호캉스 목적으로 예약한 호텔이었는데 모든면에서 너무 만족스러웠던 숙박이었어요 다만 첫날 체크인하고 화장실 어메니티세트가 몇개 빠져있더라고요 슬리퍼 정리도 덜 되어있고요 신경쓸 정도는 아니었지만 그부분빼고는 진짜 만족스러웠어요 직원들도 전부 친절하시고 위치도 짱짱입니다. 다음에 상해 오게되면 또 묵고 싶어요

The reason I chose this hotel on this occasion was that when I stayed at the Sukhothai Hotel in Bangkok over New Year, I was informed that they had also opened a hotel in Shanghai. Consequently, I inevitably find myself comparing this hotel to the Sukhothai Hotel in Bangkok. I have stayed at that hotel numerous times. My overall impression of this hotel is that it is a highly sophisticated, modern establishment hotel in Shanghai. While maintaining an air of formality, one could simultaneously sense the genuinely warm and personal service from each member of staff. Fundamentally, it offered a distinctively Thai style of hospitality, setting it apart from other top-tier hotels in China. On the other hand, I believe that your Thai restaurant still has much room for improvement and growth. Firstly, as it is a Thai restaurant, all staff should know the Thai names of the dishes. It is unacceptable for staff to be unable to understand when customers order dishes in Thai language at a Thai restaurant. As for the cuisine itself, comparing the dishes served at this hotel's restaurant to those at Bangkok's Sukhothai Hotel's Celadon Restaurant would be rather unfair at present. The essence of Chinese cuisine lies in the control of heat, whereas the essence of Thai cuisine lies in spices and herbs. The chefs at Celadon know everything: which spices should be ground when, which herbs to use in which dishes, and how to properly prepare spices and herbs.

Nice area, beautiful hotel with everything you need. Great breakfast and the gym and pool as well as saunas were excellent. I got a big room with living room and dining area.

Staff are professional and ready to solve issues.

Zimmer sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel. Die Allgemeinbereiche wirken auf den Fotos atmosphärischer, als sie wirklich sind.

香水味有點太重

Very friendly, very clean and beautifully designed. The only thing lacking was a roof top bar with views. This would have been a real bonus. Area is great!

An excellent hotel in a great location in Shanghai. Very new, clean, relaxing and comfortable hotel. Drinks in fridge are complimentary except for wine. My now go-to hotel in Shanghai
