객실 인테리어 훌륭하고 직원들이 매우 친절하며 조식도 맛있어요. 위치도 아주 좋아요.

위치가 좋고 조식이 훌륭합니다만 전반적으로 원가절감? 이런게 들어간 느낌입니다 어메니티나 물 종류의 브랜드가 바뀌었고 규모나 시설면 대비 가격 측정은 좀 높은거같네요

호텔이 고급스럽고 조용해서 좋았고 종업원들의 친절한 서비스가 너무 좋았음. 바로 근처에 쇼핑과 먹거리 거리가 있어서 입지도 좋았음.

위치와 객실상태, 전반적인 시설은 매우 훌륭합니다만, 프론트에서의 응대는 아쉬웠습니다. 청소가 끝나지않아 오후5시까지 기다렸으나 이후 다른손님과 룸이 바뀌는 당황스러운 일이 있었습니다.

Very friendly service. Good location next to Wangfujing. Comfortable bedroom. Although one night for business travel, I recommend the best hotel.

가족 셋이 갔는데, 룸상태나 서비스 엄청만족했습니다 9박을 있었는데 9박동안 룸컨디션도 너무좋게유지되고 호텔 직원들도 친절했습니다. 아침식사도 굉장히 괜찮고 깔끔했습니다. 주변에는 큰 몰이 많아, 간단한 식사도 굉장히 편합니다. 9박동안 아주 편하게 있다 왔습니다.

The suite room has dust everywhere in the room. I wonder in how many weeks, there had no one checked in this room. Toilet flushing water was all yellowish dirty water, can’t believe it’s in 5 stars hotel. Hotel room Personal assistant responded slowly and insufficient. The curtains can’t even block out the daylight in the morning. The mattress hurted my back after waking up. It’s really ridiculous! In the morning, there always just 1 staff in front desk. Not enough staff to handle and serve the guests.

I recently stayed at this hotel for four nights and had a wonderful experience. The staffs were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were comfortable and clean, and the amenities were great. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Exceptional experience for the entire stay and in every way. You pay for a premium experience and this exceeds expectations. Special mention to Helen, and the Zijin Mansion team - a wonderful chef supplemented ably by Luna, Koko and the rest of the team. Truly special & will be back

We got the very warm welcome for our two days stay. The Hotel design was so brilliant. The staffs are so yound and needs more skills to speak English. Someone might notice slight dusts on the floor.

The hotel was amazing as well as its swimming pool. The area where it is located is very central, next to commercial streets with Dept. Stores, restaurant and a very closed Starbucks for coffee...

Excellent location in the City center, very pleasant rooms and first and foremost outstanding service all the way !
