Overall our stay was pleasant and while we were happy that meals were included, we didn’t enjoy the food very much. Otherwise everything else was great.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Great breakfast buffet. Lovely dining options and the garden landscaping beautiful. Only downside is no other amenities or shopping are in walking distance.

Great place to stay

Large, clean rooms. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Excellent breakfast and dining options. Staff were outstanding. I rolled my ankle during my stay; the night manager helped me out with some supplies from the first aid kit and the following morning the concierge phoned the hospital pharmacy in order to get an ankle brace and tensor bandage delivered to the hotel. Now that is great service! Highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay, nice beds, only complaint would be wish they offered the shuttle to/from the airport as needed or at least every hour. They go every 3rd hr, so we just paid for an uber we didn't wanna sit and wait that long.

The property is a bit dated, however it can add to its charm. There is room for improvement and efficiencies. The pool is amazing and the grill restaurant by the pool has very good food…. However this restaurant is run very poorly. Almost terribly. There is no consistency with the service. A normal tourist would think serving food and drinks would be available, but it is not… but maybe depending on the day??? Yeah, you never know. The pool bar and grill could be making a lot more money for the hotel, just HIRE (and train) some staff. The current staff doesn’t seem to have a grasp on customer service. Many times I sat waiting for service and I’m talking 30 minutes of WAITING. One day I waited 1 hour for food. 1 hour! I timed it because of the long waits prior…. And I was tipping the staff hoping it would help, but it didn’t. I witnessed my food waiting to be brought to me, sit on the warming area for 15 minutes while one girl just sat and stared at the cash register, the bar manager chat with people and the waitress occupied herself doing meaningless tasks…. All while my food sat. I almost when up and got it myself! Terrible! I saw people bring in their own beer and pizza to the pool. Which tells you the hotel is not operating properly. The pool grill needs to be trained…. Hello hotel manager??? The breakfast was decent, same for the night time meals which were included in my package. However the dispenser for the night beverage is broke and only trickles out beverages….

Beautiful gardens, great buffet breakfast, nice rooms. Only drawback is you cannot walk to stores or restaurants.

Staff especially friendly. The room and the amenities were excellent.
