Friendly staff, clean room, free parking - ticks all the boxes for a business trip to London. Yes it is a bit tired, but very willing to overlook because of the value and great food available from the restaurant

Room was very clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Shower was amazing

Very clean and well proportioned room. Only issue was shower not draining properly, staff were aware and plumber is due to fix. Disappointed the EV Charger was not operational 😕. Excellent staff, ample parking and great bar. Continental breakfast was a nice touch. Would recommend if you are looking for accommodations in the area

No instruction where to check in. Eventually when I found it, check in took almost an hour. My chosen room was given to someone else. Lots of noise from pub downstairs. During checkout no instruction where to leave they key and no staff on site in the morning.

Well maintained rooms, great staff's, also get free breakfast which is great 👍

You can imagine how it would feel when you arrive after long journey to your prebooked and fully paid accommodation, and sbe surprised that the hotel is breaching your data protection policy, refusing to check you in after misleading you with many phone calls, charging you a penalty.

Excellent food

This hotel needs major refurbishing the carpets are very worn in the rooms and room very small the only good point is the small bath room shower only was refurbished.

Comfortable and good location .Bottled water would be greatly appreciated rather than water in a jug.

Very affordable compared to other hotels

Check in was smooth. Staff were very helpful. Location was very near to both a tram stop and a bus stop. Breakfast was basic but included in the price so more than adequate. Parking was also free and I never had a problem with finding a space in the car park.

It was a nice little stay while We went festival, only down full was there was no phone in room to call reception

Stayed here several times. Awesome staff & food. Highly recommended!

Bathroom need some minus repair

Stayed at this property for 3 nights in the summer. Was given the room on the ground floor of the annex and the window for the room opened to the parking lot. It was very warm weather and the only way to get cooler air was to have that window open. But it was unsafe to leave it open when we left during the day bc of easy access of the parking lot, so our room was like a sauna when we returned. It also felt unsafe to sleep at night with the window open bc anyone could come in that way. There was also a lot of noise from customers talking g in the parking lot and on Saturday night there was loud music and yelling/singing happening in the parking lot at 1am! The room we were given should never be used as a guest room. There are so many issues with it being on the ground floor with the only window opening in the parking lot! On top of all this, the wifi did not work at all. It only worked in the restaurant, but it couldn't be used in the annex building where our room was. We got no help from staff other than telling us it should work.

Rooms were clean but dated. Cleaning lady was lovely and super friendly. Food was very tasty Curtains need upgraded, safety pins holding lining together.

Very good all round and good service

Friendly greeting, all staff lovely & accommodating. A great base if you are going to Wimbledon. Free parking. Continental breakfast included. Room was very clean & adequate for a couple of nights stay. Spar shop next door. Dislikes - carpets needed replacing which did not give a good first impression. No fridge in room. Watered down hand soap. Requested more towels as only one towel each & no hand towel, requested an extra fan as so very hot when we stayed - they were in the room waiting on our return. Coffee cups not cleaned & coffee not topped up. A bit more attention to detail would make a huge difference. Would consider again if we were going to Wimbledon as a fair price.
