All of the staffs were very kind, and housekeeping services is the best. Definitely will visit here again when coming to London.

Super friendly staff at the front desk

전반적으로 위치가 너무 좋았습니다

10박을 가족과함께 이 호텔에 있었습니다 전반적으로 침구류가 아주 좋아서 잠들기 편안했고 turn down 서비스제공해줘서 깔끔했습니다. 그런데 방청소가 떄떄로 늦게되는편입니다. (아침9시에 나가면서 청소요청을하고 나갔는데 오후4시에 들어와보니 안되있는 경우가 몇번있었음) 조식포함으로 있었는데 조식이 10일간 거의 항상 똑같은데 먹을게 없고 그 quality도 별로였습니다. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절한편입니다만 프론트 직원이 제대로 된 정보를 전달하지 않고 잘못된 정보를 전달하여 남편의 회사사람의 예약 결제 변경이 안되어 현지에서 곤란한 일이있었습니다. 정식으로 호텔에 항의하여 사과를 받기는 했지만 현지에서는 제대로 사과받지 못했습니다. 주변에 아이와 같이 갈 한식당이 없고 테스코가 멀리있어서 그건 불편합니다. 스타벅스, 샌드위치가게 그리고 작은가게 몇개있습니다. 어른이라면 걸어서 주변 관광지나 근처 다른 가게를 가도 되는데 아이와 함께면 불편할수있습니다. 걸어서 west minster역, 빅벤, west minster abbey등을 갈수있어 편리합니다 다음에는 다른 숙소를 이용할 예정입니다 아이가 st james park에 걸어가서 동물 구경하는것을 좋아해서 그것은 아주 좋은 경험이였습니다 호텔의 view는 없다고 보면됩니다. 창문을 열어도 옆건물에 막혀서 해가 들어오지는 않습니다

역 바로 앞에 호텔이 있어서 이동이 편리하며 스태프가 친절합니다. 방도 깨끗하고 매우 좋습니다. 조식은 평범했으며 룸서비스 음식은 그리 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 룸서비스 음식을 제외하면 매우 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다.

Room, staff, club lounge could have been better offerings and amenities

I expect a lot from a Conrad so perhaps expectations were too high? First of all, the breakfast was excellent. I would definitely pay for it as part of the package. The rooms themselves seemed pretty average for a Conrad. What I really didn't like was that my room looked out into the internal building space between buildings and was a real eye-sore. To the point I wondered why they even had a window there at all? The bathroom, again, was average. I'm used to Conrads feeling a bit more luxurious. I was upsold a room that was meant to be larger with access to the Executive Lounge. We liked the lounge but the room while maybe somewhat bigger than the other room in our group, did not make the experience better for me. The room products were good. Generally the service was good. Turn down service was excellent. All that to say, there were highs and lows. Would I pay the same to stay again? I'm not sure.

Great location. Stylish and well Designed. Very polite and welcoming staff. Let us check in early and central to Big Ben, Buckingham, and Trafalgar. Very good location with beautiful design and interior.

Staff were amazing, they went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home. The hotel is very centrally, located and close to all the attractions, especially for first time visitor to London. The rooms are clean and cozy. We would highly recommend Conrad to anybody who wants to discover London.

Everything about this place is wonderful. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. The staff - literally every single person we encountered - was phenomenal. The location was perfect for us to walk everywhere too. Just an exceptional experience.

Booked an accessible room on your site by mistake. The staff did everything possible to make our stay pleasant after my mistake. We received compliments like fruit and chocolates and a bottle of wine. The bed was extremely comfortable. Staff wonderful at every turn.

We got there at 2 pm. Room was supposed to be ready no later than 3pm. Housekeeping was behind. We got to the room at 4pm and it still wasn’t properly cleaned. We found underwear in the closet. Toilet not hygienic cleaned. We stayed for 3 days and the body wash in the shower never refilled. Terrible housekeeping

Mediocre for a 5 stars hotel, they gave us a room for disabled people instead of the one we booked and they omit the fact that there will be construction work just outside the hotel the whole weekend. Disappointed tbh

The room was excellent and the staff were fabulous, very polite and super attentive.
