Hotel swimming pool was awful. Dirty shower location and also pool condition. Also pool guide lady was no sense of service. Hotel can't get 4 star grade. Very old and also breakfast was unexpectable why I pay that money.

The whole hotel was warm, bright cheerful and above expectations, but possibly understandably given the time of year and busyness of the Hotel, the restaurant was closed for dinner, although food was available in the bar

There was no one on reception so I had to do a loud cough to get someone’s attention and felt as if I’d inconvenienced the woman and got her off her chair! I asked about dinner to which she replied the restaurant was closed but there was bar food. She failed to say that it shut in 20mins so when we got there, there was no food available! We ended up having a bag of crisps for dinner!

Lovely hotel. Room very spacious and clean. Incredibly comfy bed. My daughter and I really enjoyed the pool. Only thing that let the visit down was the room was very cold and a draft was coming from the window. Carpark was also like an ice rink, could have done with better gritting.

No information given on check in with regard to using the spa, check in time given as 4 was actually 3. No info given that couldn't use the spa after check out so very limited use and then once we got in the pool was cold the pool area was freezing and the steam room was broken. Save your money for a nicer hotel next door I won't be booking here in the future.

Check in staff really nice, pool staff evening and morning different people and both more like door bouncers than customer service providers. If they don't want kids in the pool being kids don't let kids in at all, but don't spend the time shouting and making issues for them. Rooms in the new part of the hotel were the thinest walls of any hotel ever stayed in. Loud music being played on 1 side from 530am and on the other what can only have been the other half of the party. Add the circus in town and the bus stop under the window made for 2 hours sleep all night, for an 8 year old and their dad. Bed sheet also had rip in it exposing the mattress so lay on top. Bad time had all round. Hotel main areas nice though and plenty of parking

Lovely stay, excellent customer service great facilities. Went to the bar bought 2 coctails 2 for 10 great selection of drinks. Friendly staff. Room was clean cant fault the cleanliness had been upgraded to a family room spacious 2 double beds. Could do with some TLC but doesnt effect your stay at all.
