Hotel swimming pool was awful. Dirty shower location and also pool condition. Also pool guide lady was no sense of service. Hotel can't get 4 star grade. Very old and also breakfast was unexpectable why I pay that money.

Had a massive family room looking onto sea. Not much noise from the road. Staff friendly

Will definitely stop there again on my travels nice large room,friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast for £10

Great location for Seaburn beach

Easy check in helpful staff Lovely leisure facilities and Jo who runs that is great Bar staff great Room lovely, clean and spacious, house maid staff friendly Location location location is great opposite beach, next to restaurants and bars Breakfast wide choice self service Kawala restaurant we didnt use this time as on flying visit but recommended as ate in their in past Reception staff especially Kathryn so helpful

Spend Easter weekend there and place meet my expectations.Very close to beach,superstore 5 minutes away from property.Check in and out very quickly and smooth.

Rooms could do with a bit of a refresh but mine was perfectly clean and huge. Bed was really comfortable and temperature was comfortable…there was an additional heater if you needed it. Had a mini fridge which was good (ice machine in the corridor). Only odd thing was that there were no plug sockets anywhere around the bed(s) so had to leave phone charging over the other side of the room.

First room was in the new building,but we got moved as 356 wasnt dog friendly ?? We stayed in 358 in february for 2 nights with our dog so couldnt understand this , we asked for dog friendly and a sea view . Put us in room 131, this was in the basement ,room smelled of urine and the window had no sealant the wind howled through , we asked to be moved and also for a sea view, the girlon reception said there wasnt any, she was grumpy and un helpful. We were then given room 119.with a view of the carpark. This was very old and a cold room , the duvets are thin and could do with replacing , we stayed for 3 nights and made the most of it, we noticed sea view rooms empty near our room, but didnt feel we could ask the reception again after the frosty feeling we got from the girl on there . We ate in the hotel for tea with the dog we could only go on the tiled area 4 or 5 tables it was very cold in this area as it was near the main automatic door out of the hotel. Swimming pool was warm , sauna hot tub and steam room were hot , towels exchanged for fresh when you leave. We will stay here again as its a good location , but hopefully with a sea view room.

The public areas are lovely. The pool area is dirty looking and very shabby, I’d take flip flops. Rooms are dated and could do with a deep clean. In desperate need of a refurbishment and deep clean. Breakfast was warm and not very appetising.

This hotel is great area great sauna, steam, pool and gym, beach right outside hotel great pubs and restaurants. It's free parking and access to pool area is included in room price which is very cheap I love this place

Beach is amazing right in doorstep great sea views. I have stayed at this hotel more than 10 times this year I love it pool, sauna ,steam and gym free for guests even free parking . Staff are friendly apart from one of the leisure staff see if u can guest which one

The room was nice and big, with 2 good size TV's. The lighting was very poor in the room. The bathroom was spacious with an excellent shower. The bed was very comfortable. 2 good sized Seaview windows, both of which needed a good clean. Reception staff were very helpful and the bar area wascvery smart but there was no Sky TV, which they
