This hotel was a cheap option in a great location. I got what I paid for and I think that’s the best review I can give. If you want an undisturbed nights sleep this isn’t the hotel for you. The good - it’s a functional hotel. Room was fine and as advertised. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean. TV worked although there were no live channels, you had to use the apps, luckily previous occupants hadn’t signed out. Bathroom looked modern and clean, although the polyfilla repairs on the sink were obvious and poorly done. Shower worked but the pipe and shower head both leaked when it was turned on. The bad - despite the signs everywhere, smoking is prevalent in this hotel. The corridors smell of cigarettes, vapes and other things being smoked. When I entered my room the smoke detector had been covered with plastic, there was a lingering smell of smoke and there were cigarette burns on the upholstery of the chair. The staff checked me in fine, but were visibly annoyed that my presence had to make them get off the sofa in their office to check me in. The key was handed over in silence and no further information such as where the room was or WiFi was given until I asked. Finally, the walls are paper thin. Most nights there was music blasting throughout the night from multiple rooms, along with voices shouting throughout the corridors and open windows (which from the smell were being used for smoking). It wasn’t a pleasant or restful stay.

Great value for money compared to eveything else around it. I was on the sixth floor - the lift being broke is annoying but you are told before, so i dont know why so many people are complaining after the stay instead of just cancelling. The diffrence in price is worth the extra climb.

Location was good for what we needed however we were on the third floor (two flights of stairs per floor) with no working lift and were only informed of this when we arrived. I am asthmatic so carrying a suitcase was not fun. A member of staff told us that the lift had not worked for two years! The room had a dead fly on the pillar that was in an awkward place in the room when a person with a bad knee had to get up to use the bathroom in the night, a stain on the quilt cover and the towels, although replaced daily, one had a stain on them. No hot water in the bathroom sink so for my partner to shave was either cold water, boil a kettle or do in the shower with no mirror! There was plenty of room in the bathroom for storage however there were no hooks for towels or a shelf so our toiletries had to live on the floor! No hook for coats…..there were a few hangers but wouldn’t want to put a damp coat near clean clothes. We didn’t sleep very well due to noise outside (I’m aware this can’t be helped by the hotel) and as the room was really warm we had to have the window open. The shower was lovely however no bath mat was provided so the floor got very wet (remember our toiletries had to live on the floor!) we had booked this hotel for our stay next bank holiday in May however we have cancelled the booking now due to the above points.

Hotel was central staff were helpful it was grand national weekend so busy overall & for the money we were satisfied

Great for exercise as the lift wasn't working it's 100 stairs to the 4th floor. On my first attempt when I thought I had got to the 1st floor I was dumfounded to find myself only on the upper ground floor apart from that it was great.

That looking nice hotel but problem lift broken need to fix up because we been walk upstairs ups

Bra plassering , greit og renslig rom men slitt hotell og heisen ute av drift mens jeg var der. Var såpass billig at det var ikke et issue. Så for en billig løsning er dette et ok hotell midt i sentrum

El hotel es chico, es de esos edificios antiguos reducidos, pero cumple para llegar a dormir. Esta a menos de 10 minutos caminando del muelle, el Albert Dock y la One Station para los autobuses. La habitación es amplia con dos recámaras con una cama matrimonial y en la otra una litera individual. Cuenta con baño completo y una cafetera, además de un mueble para colgar la ropa y poner las maletas. Todo a dónde íbamos quedaba cerca así que estuvo perfecto para nosotros.

Clean room and bathroom , towels and sheets. Hot water. Hot water initially discoloured from sink tap but cleared. Apparently due to heating Room heater didn’t work Lift was broken when I stayed. Steep stairs and upper floor room ok for me , but impossible for any disability. Stairwell grubby.

Should have let us know the lift wasnt working before we booked......8 flights of stairs to climb......god knows how a pensioner would have managed......lift still not working when we left......hotel in an ideal location tho

Rough & ready and completely over priced it’s basically like a hostel . Check in times are after 3pm which is completely ridiculous. Avoid this hole of a hotel

場所はいいので、食事、観光には不便なし。ビル自体を改装中で入口や内部の構造が分かりにくいが特に不便なし。エレベーターは使えないので荷物の大きな人には大変だったかも。

Staff were friendly, though not the cleanest room I've stayed in. Did the job for an overnight stay though and excellent value for money.

The room was absolutely fine. Clean and tidy. The bed was extremely comfortable but again, the lift was out of order and it was a long climb to the 5th floor. Right in the heart of the city it is ideally placed

Room was clean good location complete nightmare having no lift we were on the fourth floor small steep stairs thankfully we only had back packs

For cheap hotels & convenience of location from the coach station, I really didn’t have anything notable to complain about. Lift wasn’t working but we were notified. Room was small but clean and had what we needed for our nights stay. Only gripe we had is the tap/sink had a design flaw because if you turn it on max straight away, which is easily done, you get splashed. Otherwise 0 complaints for our expectations. Staff are friendly, especially the cleaner the following morning! Would book again if ever back in the Liverpool area.

The room and bathroom was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, a huge comfy bed, couldn't fault it... The staff were lovely and friendly.. Easy to find, straight 15 min walk from Lime St Station
