A localização é excelente, a área do quarto boa e estava limpo. O que outras pessoas já reportaram mantém-se, não há elevador, mas eles avisam previamente. Não tem AC mas tem ventilador. As paredes são finas, felizmente tive vizinhos que dormem até tarde

Check in good arrived early left bags and came back at check in time easy check in room on second floor no lift at property bedding a bit dirty but didn’t go under it as was hot in there no fan tv on wall where bed was shower ok shampoo and body wash available

Vastly overpriced, small dark room overlooking a wall, beggars belief how you can charge £165

Poorly maintained room with radiator hanging off the wall, toilet constantly running water. Room was extremely hot due to no air conditioning. We were informed on arrival that the lift was out of order and we were in the 6th floor

Quiet honestly the worst hotel room I've stayed in.. a tiny odd shaped room with a bed barely crowbarred in and no space to move.. The mattress on the bed was poor, you could feel the springs and also the bed frame underneath .. The big window looks out onto a gross looking wall that's covered in bird poo and the window itself is also covered in bird poo.. what a pleasant view! The shower was mouldy and the shower door unattached so wouldn't close properly..but otherwise works ok.. whilst the toilet has seen better days and it sounded like much of the hotels water supply was rushing behind the walls.. Speaking of noise we had some Geordie lass shouting her head off in another room til 6am but as there was no Aircon our option was listen to her all night and get no sleep or close the windows and melt in an overhot excuse for a room.. either way, no sleep to be had here... On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful Don't book it!

It was OK, not worth the room for the money. My friend got a better room with Travel lodge for the same price. Staff were friendly. Near to city centre and easy access to amenities. Thank you 😊

This hotel was a cheap option in a great location. I got what I paid for and I think that’s the best review I can give. If you want an undisturbed nights sleep this isn’t the hotel for you. The good - it’s a functional hotel. Room was fine and as advertised. Bedding and towels were fresh and clean. TV worked although there were no live channels, you had to use the apps, luckily previous occupants hadn’t signed out. Bathroom looked modern and clean, although the polyfilla repairs on the sink were obvious and poorly done. Shower worked but the pipe and shower head both leaked when it was turned on. The bad - despite the signs everywhere, smoking is prevalent in this hotel. The corridors smell of cigarettes, vapes and other things being smoked. When I entered my room the smoke detector had been covered with plastic, there was a lingering smell of smoke and there were cigarette burns on the upholstery of the chair. The staff checked me in fine, but were visibly annoyed that my presence had to make them get off the sofa in their office to check me in. The key was handed over in silence and no further information such as where the room was or WiFi was given until I asked. Finally, the walls are paper thin. Most nights there was music blasting throughout the night from multiple rooms, along with voices shouting throughout the corridors and open windows (which from the smell were being used for smoking). It wasn’t a pleasant or restful stay.

Great value for money compared to eveything else around it. I was on the sixth floor - the lift being broke is annoying but you are told before, so i dont know why so many people are complaining after the stay instead of just cancelling. The diffrence in price is worth the extra climb.

Location was good for what we needed however we were on the third floor (two flights of stairs per floor) with no working lift and were only informed of this when we arrived. I am asthmatic so carrying a suitcase was not fun. A member of staff told us that the lift had not worked for two years! The room had a dead fly on the pillar that was in an awkward place in the room when a person with a bad knee had to get up to use the bathroom in the night, a stain on the quilt cover and the towels, although replaced daily, one had a stain on them. No hot water in the bathroom sink so for my partner to shave was either cold water, boil a kettle or do in the shower with no mirror! There was plenty of room in the bathroom for storage however there were no hooks for towels or a shelf so our toiletries had to live on the floor! No hook for coats…..there were a few hangers but wouldn’t want to put a damp coat near clean clothes. We didn’t sleep very well due to noise outside (I’m aware this can’t be helped by the hotel) and as the room was really warm we had to have the window open. The shower was lovely however no bath mat was provided so the floor got very wet (remember our toiletries had to live on the floor!) we had booked this hotel for our stay next bank holiday in May however we have cancelled the booking now due to the above points.

Hotel was central staff were helpful it was grand national weekend so busy overall & for the money we were satisfied

Great for exercise as the lift wasn't working it's 100 stairs to the 4th floor. On my first attempt when I thought I had got to the 1st floor I was dumfounded to find myself only on the upper ground floor apart from that it was great.

That looking nice hotel but problem lift broken need to fix up because we been walk upstairs ups

Bra plassering , greit og renslig rom men slitt hotell og heisen ute av drift mens jeg var der. Var såpass billig at det var ikke et issue. Så for en billig løsning er dette et ok hotell midt i sentrum
