Location, room, staff

how do I start so I had to climb about at least I think it was about 100 stairs just to get to my room because the elevator it was up out of order then I got to my room found out the heater wasnt working so I changed rooms yet again because we're in the winter then the TV remote on the second one was not there so change rooms again that wasn't on had a little scout around a little around the hallways of stuff those holes in the walls floorboards paint peeing off the Floor and walls disgusting its stunk was not a nice place at all

I’m a 60 years old women (solo traveler) I was put in the 5th and the lift was broken I had to climb 10 flights of stairs 😱 The location was great and I can’t fault the staff very friendly, the hotel room are clean but it said the rooms had black out drapes but they haven’t

I would stop here again this hotel is ok for homeless people or immigrants to stop in I’d like to get my money back . I was ask if I had email about the lift not in working I said no and that I emailed say I’d like to be with my friends and family so was all together and we wasn’t . My husband , friend and my have problems with our lungs and my friend as a problem with her knee so we had a game going up the stairs up to the room so happy that we was on the 3rd floor I ask for a low one but didn’t give us one .

Nice hotel

Clean room, staff courteous and helpful. Plenty of supplies, ie towels toilet rolls etc. Slightly difficult to navigate very steep stairs at the front of the building (lift was broke and had to climb to 6th floor) but staff told us to use back stairs which were much easier

Decent Hotel

Great experience, clean and spacious room.

Lift out of order (since January), staff spoke to you as if they didnt care, marks on walls in bedroom, plug switch on radiator looked like it was coming out at some point, did an amateurish job of putting it back in. Next to no tv signal.

No lift working and we had to climb 6 flights of stairs unable to sleep due to noise from other rooms and then smoking weed and the smell coming into our bathroom

I was upgraded to one of there flats around Bold Street & didn't get any sleep on Friday night due to Halloween people out till 5/6am plus local council clearing up around 7am NO DOUBLE GLAZZING ON WINDOWS. Saturday got sleep due to being out at the Rugby & out in Liverpool till late Evening but once again due to street noise lack of sleep Sunday night. not on my list to stay again if ever in Liverpool again.

The room was clean and the bathroom was spotless

Clean room, near to the shops. The only redeeming factor. Bed was a 4ft. NOT a double bed as advertised. My wife and i were crammed together on a very poor quality bed, thin, cheap mattress literally sitting on a chipboard box. I never slept a wink. The TV didn't work, not able to access live TV. The window looked out onto steelwork and green mildewed rendered walls, zero view. £102 , and possibly the worst place i have ever stayed, and i stay in Manchester every week. The lift hasn't worked for weeks, so we were forced to trapse up and down four floors (8 flights) of steep horrible steps. When we checked out, no one asked how the room was... AVOID! THEY DONT CARE!

Excellent location right near the city centre, clean comfy room

Excellent budget rooms in a convenient location to shopping and siteseeing. The room and hotel itself were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Todo excelente el único detalle es que el elevador no funciona y subir al quinto piso con maleta
