Good business trip

The best pillows ever in a hotel the bed was also very comfortable staff were great good choice of food at breakfast the evening menu fish and chips were a bit underwhelming but that really was the only downside

Receptionist checked us nearly and put the two rooms we had booked together. Rooms were fine enough for a night before a cruise. Had a meal in the restaurant and it was very nice and reasonably priced for London. Altogether a good stay and would book again

Bathroom was awful, had dried urine in doorway, hair in shower Reception staff were nice Room next to motorway was very noisy

If you’re a business traveler looking for a place where they remember your name and not just your credit card number — look no further. 10/10, would check in again. (And I will. Next Tuesday, actually.)

Plenty of parking on-site. Check in was quick and easy. Room was nice and clean, with a comfortable bed. Buffet breakfast was very nice and well stocked. The bar is reasonably priced and well stocked. Good, free Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel. Thurrock retail park is about 15 minutes walk.

I stay at the Hotel almost every week, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff, especially Jolanta, Maria, Natalia, Rasa, and David at breakfast, are like family—always cheerful, 😀welcoming, and make my stays so special. I can’t recommend them enough!

Great staff members ideal location for to get out of city and very close to the lake side shopping centre

Great location for lakeside shopping centre. Lots of parking. Friendly staff. Room is on the small side fine for a night but would struggle for longer. Comfortable bed and pillows. Hot shower and decent toiletries. WiFi is really poor just hitting 1mb! Had to use phone data to watch firestick.

Absolutely disgusting. First of all our room number was announced loudly across reception and the bar. Given we were two females and everyone nearby was male was inappropriate and dangerous. Supposed to have a twin room but was given a ground floor double that stunk of raw sewage. First complaint was made. Offered to move us rooms and once again announced our room number to everyone. Second room also a double that had the horrific sewage smell. Completely inhabitable. Told them we were not staying there and left. Would never book
