It's a micro budget hotel that was unfortunately lacking in quality, from cold floors to dated decor

Best customer service the staff is very nice and helpful the room is ok smells little bit but overall not but for the price

Room was clean facilites were well kept and stocked. Wetroom was good but felt flimsy. Bed was comfortable and clean-but pillows were too soft- and only three for two people. Window had restricted opening, which was good for ventilation. Double windows kept out the noise from the nearby bridge traffic, so slept well. Breakfast had a large selection. Very relaxed and calm environment. Staff were very attentive to make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay again. Smell of sewage coming from toilet during the night but was told we could have changed rooms.

Nice for an overnight stop, food. Was a little surprised to find the acces room we booked as my wife isn't so mobile was on the third floor?

Rm 31 - no heating in bathroom. Shower minimum temp almost unbearably hot. 1 bedside light switch broken - light on all night. Main room heating worked well. No USB (Aor C) in the room. No Gluten / wheat free options available at breakfast. Dog friendly👍

Spotless room, very convenient for Grays, Thurrock. Staff very respectful and helpful.

Weekend over from Spain, everything I needed

Biggest issue is we were placed on two ground floor rooms, and both had a pretty horrific sewage smell. We would have demanded to move or be refunded had we not only been using the rooms as a base. Rooms were very small - twin room is not really a twin room when there is hardly any space to separate the beds. Air conditioning was also squeeling so needed to be switched off. Beds were also not comfortable at all and only one flat pillow provided. Based on the above experience i would not stay again.

Room clean and comfortable

Room comfortable, breakfast poor, soggy cold hash browns, overcoojed sausages, really hard, likewise scrambled eggs overcooked. Coffee ok and likewise chocolate muffins. In future will not bother with breakfast

Yes very nice....the room was perfect ....the only concern is the smell in the corridor but only for the first night I stayed and after the smell got better.
