호텔 컨디션은 평균이었습니다. 역에서 10분정도 걸어야하고 보안을 정말 철저히 하더라구요. 1층 화장실도 도어락, 캐리어보관도 도어락, 출입문도 카드키가 있어야하고 믿을 수있어 좋았습니다.

Check in was quick and easy. Room was basic but comfy and good value for the money. Slept well was nice and quiet.

Always a great place to stay we’ve done 3 years here now every December and the free disabled parking is great thank you

I dont feel like the parking was explained well and was very confusing we ended up having to pay full price at the car park next to the hotel because we had not pre booked parking online which i feel was annoying because none of this is explained before you go, otherwise everything else was really good and in a good location.

Great room ,spotlessly clean ,breakfast was great

Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast food value. Room had a terrible smell. Window had been left open, i assume to help get rid of the smell, meaning it was really cold upon checking in. Good location. Near a tram stop and car park next door

Room was fine except the window didn’t close properly so I could hear all the noise from outside. I did report this but didn’t hear back. Breakfast fine. Staff nice and friendly. I think quite expensive for what it was, but nice enough.

Nice staff and decent location but walls were paper thin. You could hear everything from other rooms, from out in the hallway and from the car park. Wouldn’t recommend staying any longer than 1 night

Didn't use the bar . Would just like to point out . Mould in one corner of the window and fyi when the curtains were closed , you could see it was moth eaten on the window side . We loved the room . We did feel safe . Staff were lovely. Loved it all on the whole. We would stay again . Price for the room , good and included breakfast . Great . Jacqueline Conway .

The room was very clean and well presented, however the pillows were very uncomfortable, too hard making a good night sleep difficult.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and perfect location for why we were there.

Lack of plug sockets available in the room (there was an extension available) but really good value given the price of the room. Couldn't fault the staff - all very friendly and helpful. Bar prices were a bit steep.
