Nice clean room convenient to Sheffield centre. Friendly staff. Thankyou.

Nice clean room. Comfy bed but a lot of road noise in the early hours from delivery vans etc. Shower head wouldn’t stay in its slot either as it was broke. Breakfast was good but lacks space to put your plate whilst trying to take lids off food dishes to serve your various selections. Otherwise a nice comfortable place to stay.

Excellent location situated within easy walking distance of the City centre. Ideal for visiting the theatre and exploring the local area as we did. As well as Kelham Island we also took in Weston Park Museum in addition to enjoying the City centre vibe. The hotel it's self was clean and comfortable with attentive staff. Discounted secure parking virtually next door was clean and well maintained.

Stayed here during a block week at Sheffield Hallam university. A very clean room. Friendly staff. Lots of variety and tasty breakfasts. Daily tea and milk top ups too.

Mixed bag - some staff really helpful (the lady at breakfast (20th April), really friendly and very helpful the high point of the stay, the check in not so good. Room quite warm in April, this may mean it would be very warm in the summer. Tiny TV in the room. You can open the window but it can be very noisy outside.

Super handy location, parking directly opposite at very good price. Friendly, helpful staff. Much more affordable than other nearby options

This is was a very good hotel in a great location. The staff were fabulous and very helpful. It was a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. I would definitely stay there again. Half price parking was great. We ate at the hotel a couple of times and the soup was delicious.

The hotel was great, no complaints, the area less so. Not a very nice part of town to walk through on an evening.

Bottles/glass mass emptied outside my window at 520am. Luke Warm shower scolded me. No water for the room.

Really comfortable room, had basic amenities so that I could have tea and coffee. Plenty of places to go to get food and drink, would book again.

A bit outside the city centre, but not necessarily a bad spot. Room was great. Wish it had AC. I like my room cold. Most of the staff was nice/helpful. first interaction with the lady at front desk was as pleasant as i would have liked, but maybe she was having a bad morning. I was early and it was basically, “you can’t check in until 3.” When I asked about early check in, “I can see if rooms are ready and it will cost you £25.” Just wasn’t as friendly as I would hope front desk to be. Especially first impressions.
